Luis Abram to Chelsea

Recommended Posts

Rumours have started showing up yesterday regarding Velez' Peruvian CB Luis Abram. Abram has been one of the most consistent CB's in the Argentina Superliga since he joined and has been praised by fans and pundits alike.

Velez today denied the rumours, but that doesn't automatically mean its fake as theres always the political part of things. I still have a tiny bit of hope this could happen.

7M apparently is the price. Also has an Italian passport.

I'd be quite happy with this. I've always quite liked watching Peruvians in Europe, Jefferson Farfan and the obvious Claudio Pizarro stand out in my mind.

Another buy and loan until we sell for a profit.

Loan to where, may I ask?

I don't mind if he's loaned out, as long as it's not to League One or if he just stays in the reserves.

Yeah but he will play every game for Vitesse for one season.

If he's getting loaned out to top flight teams in the top 5 leagues, and then gets sold off to one of them, I don't mind it.

The deal looks more unlikely by day. I would love him at Chelsea, but real talk I think his peak is at a club like West Ham or Brighton. He's good, but he's not quite Chelsea good.
