Danny Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 Makes you wonder what they've got up their sleeve this Summer, you'd feel there must be a promise of decent players for him to turn down Porto. Looking at what the likes of Swansea, Southampton and Leicester have achieved over the last 4 or 5 years there's potential for Watford to win silverware whether it be the League Cup or FA Cup. The title will be wrapped up quite easily by Chelsea, Spurs and then City and/or United.

I think it's a great appointment by Watford. Strikes me as a very bright coach. Thought they looked nailed on to go down next year but I think with a proper preparation under him they'll beat it comfortably. Hands far less tied than they were at Hull.
