With that, he'll fit like a glove into the way we want to play and, even if he's not better than Nat Phillips, he'll be a lot better for us. I don't want to body Nat, and he had a good game generally, but you could see how West Ham wanted to make it difficult for us to play out by pressing 10 of our players and leaving him as the free man because they simply weren't threatened by him. At 6'1, he won't be a towering presence in the air, but put him alongside Matip and we'll be fine.
