This is anti-climactic. Seoane was in the run for quite a few Bundesliga teams, if rumours are to believed. Gladbach and Frankfurt were interested as well at some point. I sadly haven't followed the Swiss league this season due to lack of time, but what he managed to achieve in Bern in the last few years is very respectable, and his attractive football style should be a great fit at Leverkusen.
