I feel gutted for my mate Ray here, I was the best man at his wedding many moons ago, and he has just gone on holiday with his wife and family and a tragedy like this happens in Turkey, life can be a bastard sometimes.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the end of Summer and it’s been fairly life changing, hence the lack of activity on here, being online in general is not the best place to be when you struggle with impulsivity
