That's terrible to hear. At times last season he showed glimpses of pushing on to have a top eight / top six career.

I hope finds a good passion that can make him a wealthy man outside of football.

He has said he will still be involved within football in some capacity. I hope he can be successful in that.

It's better this than potentially seeing awful scenes of him collapsing on the pitch but terrible for him to have a career you worked hard for suddenly taken away.

Indeed. Very sad times where people ignore facts and rather see the things they want to see and that fits into their agenda. 

 

Anyway, sad news. But as mentioned, better than having another Eriksen case or worse.
