Apparently Potter was offered the role, then he said he just needs a few days to think it over, and the Leicester hierarchy weren't happy with this, so they went back to Cooper and offered it to him? Apparently Potter wanted a new sporting director, a job which seems untouchable for Jon Rudkin to leave from. And sounds like our board were getting bored. That, or what @Dan alludes to is that the Potter links were 'leaked' by the club at the same time news of ticket prices were announced... The Palace Fan Posted June 20 Share Posted June 20 I get the impression Graham Potter is waiting to see if the England job becomes available, and Leicester quite rightly don't want to wait until after pre season has started to announce a new manager.
