What's the 'secret' though? You win just as much. I don't get why people keep tips to themselves.

I haven't kept them to myself; I posted both tips.

And the first question?

And the first question?

I answered.

It's just my own way of picking some fancies that's all. Everyone has their own method or system for finding some picks.

Let's just say it's where the Sauv Blanc cork lands. 🥂

Well that worked out. Cashed out £10 stake for £25. Then a minute before PSG scored I placed 10 on PSG to win. Ended up with over £100. Happy days.

On one of SkyBet's 'Monthly Request A Bet' specials, they have 'Jesus & Salah to score 5+ PL goals in August'. Odds of 45/1.

Looking at their fixtures, it seems fairly plausible.

Salah - Liverpool vs Fulham, Palace, Man Utd, Bournemouth, Newcastle

Jesus - Arsenal vs Palace, Leicester, Bournemouth, Fulham, Villa.

Worth a shot...

Fancy Everton away, Blackburn and Lincoln at home. But because my team is involved all 3 will lose.

Also looking at a few away teams that I see are good odds… Preston, West Brom And Bristol. Then even better odds you’ve got Leeds and Barnsley. With the unpredictability of the Championship and start to the season I don’t see many trends in the current data.

Small stakes on a mixture of the above teams. They’re all long shots basically just fun, don’t expect anything, just want to see if any upsets. Gauge how each league start before more serious bets in a few weeks when we have a bit more data.

EDIT - well that was truly awful with the ‘fun’ long shots.:dunce:
A few £2 bets down the drain!

Got very very lucky. Decided to go £10 double on Derby/Boro double 5 mins before before kickoff. Derby against 10 men equalised in the 89th minute then won in stoppage time.

The Championship feels even more insane this year xD.

I've been betting more using xG tables to find what I believe to be value and I tell you what, it's not perfect but I'm convinced I'm doing better from it than just looking solely at form, tables etc...

For those who are interested, you should be placing bets on 'number of passes' markets on players this world cup. Fuck, make multis out of it.
The market isn't used to games going for 9 actual minutes of play time and thus haven't adjusted yet. The team who keeps possession best get full value for their passing now and it's paying off big as the prices are based on historical data wherein games that have 5-10 minutes of stoppages only get 3-5 minutes of added time.

Backed 2-3, 3-4 and 3-3 for tonight. Will probably end up 0.0 now but just hoping we get a goal fest now the footballs finally back :D

Blackburn(heart not head), Preston double.

BTTS and over 2.5…. 6 folds on each.

Then strangely just gone for an outsider double of Hull and Lincoln, both opposing teams are big favourites… bit of fun.

Nice one last night. Only quickly nipped in before the beer garden when my mate went to the cash machine.

Over 1.5 Goals

Queen of the South v Cove Rangers - 1/5

Annan Athletic v Inverness Caledonian Thistle - 2/9

Hampton & Richmond Borough v Hornchurch 2/9

£1 stake returns £6.22

Spent the summer making AI do me an algorithm for goals in Scotland’s two lowest professional leagues and just putting it to the test early season. It’s not going to make anyone a millionaire but offers decent percentage returns and good probability. The H&R v Hornchurch game was thrown in just because I have a “feeling”.

Done Doncaster Rovers (vs Morecambe) @ 4/9, Stenhousemuir vs Cove Rangers - Over 1.5 Goals @ 1/6 and Welling United vs Farnborough - Over 1.5 Goals @ 1/4 all as singles. A bit "look at me" as it's half-time but both O1.5 goals come in before the break, with Welling v Farnbrough winning inside 6 minutes.

Spreading my stake a bit more this season, based very loosely on risk, both the games with really "poor" odds were backed higher than Doncaster.

Chesham United v Torquay United - Over 1.5 Goals - 1/5 - WON

Welling United v Farnborough - Over 1.5 Goals - 1/4 - WON

Stenhousemuir v Cove Rangers - Over 1.5 Goals - 1/6 - WON

Doncaster Rovers v Morecambe - Doncaster Rovers - 4/9 - WON

Scunthorpe United v Marine, Wealdstone v Oldham Athletic - Over 1.5 Goals Double 1/2 - LOST

Queen of the South v Cove Rangers, Annan Athletic v Inverness, Hampton & Richmond v Hornchurch - Over 1.5 Goals - 7/10 - LOST

Edinburgh City v Stirling Albion - Over 1.5 Goals - 1/7 - WON

5/7 wins, 71.4% success rate. The two losses when I've backed a double or a treble, which probably shows you I should stick to backing singles. The odds don't bother me, that they're incredibly low but while its early season and teams are putting form together, I'm happy to do that till a point where I can confidently back teams to win outright.
