I agree that Arsenal fans deserve back to back relegation

No one knows a club better than their own fans. There's something pretentious about neutrals whom having watched next to none of a teams games pass judgement as to whether a manager is acceptably criticised by the fans or not simply by having a look at the league table on the bbc website.

It keeps places like this going though.

You could argue there is something portentous about people who have never run a football club in their life telling manager's how to do it. That's football. People have opinions

As @Dan eluded too, sacking Tony Pulis after none months of dross and the money to turn it around wasn't the wrong thing do. The replacement was the wrong thing.

I get how Pardew could talk his way in to taking over a Tony Pulis team, but based on us it was never going to work

It's a bit like Ipswich Town now in the sense there's no wrong answer over if Mick should stay or go.

Didn't he do well with you at first? That is probably what they based it on

It's not the same. An opinion formed on statistical probability spoken as if it was acrued knowledge is what is pretentious. Punditry is full of this. Guys paid to give an opinion on something they don't know about in any detail, haven't seen much of, they fall back to making a guess based on likelihood and packaging it up with confidence and self importance.

Saw @Dan tweet this yesterday and had the same reaction as him. Didn't know whether to laugh or cry at how deluded someone can be.

Tim Sherwood saying Alan Pardew 'is one of the safest hands' in football xDxD
