Dave
So he's halved the wage bill, not made them any worse, integrated a feel good factor amongst academy players, and now been sacked. Ridiculous. Hope they drop with Ipswich next season.
Smiley Culture
Lost 40 of 80 games and I also read somewhere (not sure how true it was) that their away record under Holloway was pretty abysmal. Still, not really sure what they can expect different from somebody else given the money on offer at QPR.
Subscriber Dan+ Posted May 12, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted May 12, 2018 Looks quite harsh looking from the outside. Is it really worth it for Steve McClaren?
Danny
General gist I've got from Rangers fans is that he can be quite polarising (was once a hero at Loftus Road) this time around, seems to chop and change teams a lot and makes weird statements to the press pre-match (calling a game with us a cup final, pretty sure he said something about Millwall too). Dont think he's done too badly in terms of points, feel like if you're gunna sack him then at least bring someone better in. But then Tony Fernandes doesn't have a clue. Smiley Culture
Didn’t McClaren work under Redknapp there for a spell? I seem to remember it happening somewhere. Still, he’s a massive fraud and shouldn’t be getting jobs in Football.
