It's a bit quiet for a non league side in the FA Cup hosting a league side. May just be the microphones but most times with these kinds of ties it's a cauldron when it comes to atmosphere. Seems a bit boring with quietness from the stands...

Went to Forest Green v. Billericay today. Forest Green went three up before half time then just pissed about for 45 minutes as if they were on a training pitch, disappointing show really.

Currently enjoying the irony of gridlocked roads for about three bloody miles back into town as despite FGR's hard on over the environment it is basically impossible to get here not in a car.

I did, then again I'm a veggie so it's right up my street anyway. Despite all the mocking both FGR and veganism get, it is seriously good, filling stuff; not the cheapest but a hell of a lot better than any other League club I have been to. Refreshing change from the drab array of rinse and repeat shite like Pukka pies you get at every other ground.

At Bristol Rovers v. Bromley. Worst game of football I have seen since the second half at FGR yesterday. Been about one shot on target each so far, the Gas winning the midfield battle but have no attack at all. Bromley must have gone down about ten times injured now. Honestly better looking out on the decent view of Bristol than watching the shite on show.

I was confident in the original match. Not so confident now as we've got our Assistant Manager in charge as interim. He's worked under Michael Jolley for a while now so hopefully he won't change too much. I'd like us to win so we can have the TV match versus Maldon and Tiptree (and inevitably lose it).

Yet again my team are letting me down. Didn't need to be in this tinpot cup anyway... :/

First time since 1924 that you've not made it into the second round. Not that I'm rubbing salt in the wound or anything!
