  1. Seen multiple games of football in my local park, 7 and 11 asides. One group brought their own nets and corner flags. Basketball court is constantly rammed, mainly kids from the surrounding estates as opposed to families. Families having large gatherings, picnics and BBQs, a few Eid celebrations. It seems to be a party for a lot of people. A lot of people need to be held accountable for their actions, but this has also coincided with govts relaxing of rules and vague statements on rules. You’re on the Isle of Man aren’t you?
  2. Was massively refreshing living in New Zealand with her as PM as opposed to here and having Cameron, May and now Johnson. She does have her critics and they generally fall into the angry right wing category but overall everyone seemed to love her and she deals with issues with a personal approach that actually shows she cares about the people’s she’s serving
  3. @RandoEFC Anti-porn filters stop Dominic Cummings trending on Twitter Name of PM’s aide is blocked, which has led to variety of misspelt hashtags https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/may/27/anti-porn-filters-stop-dominic-cummings-trending-on-twitter
  4. If anyone missed the interview I believe this sums it up
  5. None of the bellends are social distancing either
  6. He’s had since January and has just been average, I sold Cengiz Under to bring him in and tbh I miss Under, he could score goals and dribble past an opponent Might sign Mertens even though he’s old his stats should still be good enough
  7. He’s just slow mate and can’t keep the ball I had him on a previous save as Bayern and he was electric, started a new career mode this week, signed him to support Lautaro who is banging and he’s no better than Ansu Fati or Bryan Mbeumo. Feel like there’s been an update and it’s changed him
  8. Why is Havertz so shit on this game yet he’s rated 87?
  9. Aye but if the people caring can’t pick up your child? Regardless it doesn’t matter as the secondary trips to Durham have been highlighted
  10. This goes back to the govt being vague, they stated at a briefing that if both parents are ill and need a child to be looked after they can make special arrangements. Not however stated on govt website
  11. I think whilst you can’t edit tweets does give this accusation validity, anyone who’s done their research into someone could find out where his parents are and fire a tweet out like this potentially hoping to cause a stir. I think the press will need something more concrete than just witness accusations which could be considered to be fake to keep Cummings in a job
  12. @RandoEFC @Stan Then that’s fair enough, he’s obviously been caught doing multiple trips. One trip to your parents alone so your child can potentially be cared for by them is allowed, what’s her name said it in one of the briefings that families can make special arrangements if both parents fall ill. Looks like the govt are trying to hide behind that, smart of the press to hold fire on the second accusation to see if the govt would expose themselves as covering it up
  13. This does raise government hypocrisy however, all coming out claiming they know how important corona is etc etc yet their initial policy towards it was “don’t worry lads it’s all a laugh drink their spit for all we care” and the closest they’ve come to apologising for that has been the classic and vague “we could have done better” when being shafted by Starmer
  14. Currently in the bath...decent little trip
  15. Tbh unless I was missing something I don’t think him going up there to stay in a house with family nearby was wrong, it in itself is within guidelines. But now there’s an image of a ticket to a local castle floating about? And multiple sightings? Feel for those people who’ve wanted to be around family but can’t and yet have to see this
  16. Not up to date on this Cummings malarkey. He got sick and drove up to Durham with his family from London, so that they would be cared for by family if him and his wife got proper sick. But no other family stayed with them? And he was seen at a nearby castle?
  17. Yeah I’m really enjoying the first season, the dad is a great character/actor
  18. The OC Never actually watched it in full as a kid so doing it now
  19. Gotta day people seem to be ignoring the lockdown the longer it goes on, especially with the governments relaxing of the rules. Basketball court near me is full (even though it’s fenced off), park is busy, a lot of groups out playing football, the hills I live by are teeming with people and have been for a lot of the lockdown. There’s no way to safely climb them without being surrounded by people. Just went into Lidl as for the first time in ages there’s no queue and it’s always quiet compared to the big supermarkets, normally walk along to a Tesco Express, Polish Supermarket or Asian Supermarket as there’s never a queue and between the three you can do a full shop. Thought with Lidl having no queue it must be empty...wrong it was busy, security not making people queue and people just being dumb. When woman kept trying to lean over or past me for food...as if there’s isn’t currently a G.L.O.B.A.L P.A.N.D.E.M.I.C I just don’t think the lockdown from the off has been strict enough and nor has the message of how long we’re going to be in this been clear. Government talking about cinemas and restaurants and potential normality as if that’s going to be realistic in the coming months or even years. I can’t not see a second peak tbh but I think as a society, including the government, there is a level of denial that will kill people. This will eventually be blamed on the public alone, their lockdown psychology.
  20. My local park was full of groups today, clearly not in one household. Basketball court full, the roads are busy, I can’t help but think we’re sleep walking into a second peak
