You look like you are about to go out mugging...
  5. Wuhan has declared itself 'Virus Free' and has ended it's 3 month lockdown.... Bit of a stretch to claim you are 'Virus Free' at this stage in my opinion, a very risky gamble to take... https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/coronavirus/wuhan-celebrates-its-liberation-as-covid-19-lockdown-ends/ar-BB12v7hB?ocid=spartanntp
  6. Damn.... there is literally no hope for any of us I could well be one of those 33 thousand million and one hundred and 22 thousand and 54 hundred million and 10 she is on about... I am doomed
  7. South Korea reported on Friday that 91 recovered coronavirus patients have tested positive for the disease again, raising questions over health experts' understanding of the pandemic. The prospect of people being re-infected with the virus is of international concern, as many countries are hoping that infected populations will develop sufficient immunity to prevent a resurgence of the pandemic. The reports have also prompted fears the virus may remain active in patients for much longer than was previously thought. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/coronavirus/recovered-coronavirus-patients-test-positive-again-in-blow-to-immunity-hopes/ar-BB12rSb0?ocid=spartanntp

Have a good one @Tommy all the best
  9. MPs are able to claim an extra £10,000 in expenses while working from home during the coronavirus pandemic. Parliament has been suspended until 21 April at the earliest, with Boris Johnson and health secretary Matt Hancock both contracting COVID-19 in recent weeks. While MPs continue to work from home, the extra money offered can be used for expenses such as laptops and equipment, staff salaries and electricity, heating and phone bills. Ministers have also had their credit card limits increased to £10,000 “to help with cash flow”. The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) said ministers’ cards will not be suspended if they are unable to make minimum repayments on time. Funds have been made available for each MP in addition to the office budget of up to £26,050 per year. So my question would be if they already have an office budget of up to £26,500 a year why do they suddenly need an extra £10,000 just to work from home?? Surely they would just divert existing funds?? Also noted that this additional adjustment runs until the end of the year? why not just make a month by month assessment until it's no longer required??
  10. This is why the Government needs to take a good long hard look at what message it's sending out... They already get a hefty £26,000+ a year expenses package for travel and anything related to their jobs so why not divert the travel expenses/other that's are not being used currently and make better use of that... All at a time they are asking footballers to cut back and take a pay cut they go and get awarded more money for themselves...
  11. Did anyone else who got asked to work from home during this period get a £10,000 pay increase to cover their expenses???

  13. We have just taken further measures at our place, We have installed 2 Thermal cameras that check peoples temperatures before entering the site and have furloughed 40 members of staff that are most at risk including things like Asthma sufferers or anyone that is considered high risk through age or other health reasons...

So you have only been together for 5 minutes then... You are still at that stage where your concern for her being upset about something is genuine... At the 5 year mark you still ask if there is a problem but have to start faking the concern... after 10 years+ you do things on purpose to wind her up hoping she won't speak to you...

  17. Saw some footage today of masks being made somewhere in the world in the worst conditions possible and as they were making them they were just dropping on the floor while others walking about in bare feet were picking them up in batches and folding them into packing boxes... Christ knows where they are destined for

    Sorry to hear that mate...
  19. Agreed, Once upon a time vets used to be all about the animals welfare first but these days it's about the cost it seems which is a shame, that and the fact no matter how small the test or operation the price is always really high... Our vet is also checking to see if we have been to another vet before carrying out any checks etc.. it's almost as though you might get punished for daring to go somewhere else for a second opinion... The last time I had to have my German Shepherd put down they were trying to flog me a little mini coffin for pets that cost £150.. get fucked!! I feel sorry for a lot of elderly people that probably get sucked in by such things and end up spending a bloody fortune for their pet...
  20. We had to have Mooms in for an op earlier this year because they found a lump and the missus was in bits thinking the worst... cost us a £1,000 to have the tests and the op for her but it was not cancer related thank fuck, she is as healthy and as playful as she has always been despite being down in the dumps with that cone on for 2 weeks... I get what you are saying about the money, got to give them every chance to get through it... been part of the family for so long it just wouldn't be the same without her
  21. One of my team just text me this morning saying he wont be in for shift because he has a high temperature, don't know if it's related or not at this point, Hopefully not...
