  1. Must be a decent amount
  2. How do you afford all this again, Brian?
  3. Wasn’t too bad. Except it was the toughest day of my school year so far. One of my students decided he didn’t want to be in the classroom and hopped literally hopped like a frog out into the blistering wind and rain. I am now on my way to a liquor store.
  4. Have seen a fair bit of damage on social media. I’m about to go off to work so will see what it’s like in my area.
  5. Canada is number one on my list. West! Depending on work opportunities..
  6. Anyway, I digress, I’ve derailed this. I would be looking at trying to go up North of Australia when I can or potentially to NZ for snow if that’s open within the next few months!
  7. Missed this. Yep my comment on dumb stands.
  8. It has to happen eventually I know. So many out of work here, and I can’t imagine what it’s like in Italy, Spain, England etc. Those are the types of countries that should be the last to reopen. The financial hit is catastrophic but surely reopening in these very hard hit countries - it’ll just cause the world to have a second wave if done prematurely? I guess people’s health only matters for as long as a country can afford it...
  9. That statement doesn’t indicate any of what you said? Would make sense that those parameters would be the first in place though. Returning Italians etc maybe
  10. Best thing we did was shut borders early. We can’t even go state to state. Have a look at our numbers. We won’t be opening for a very long time. And rightly so.
  11. So dumb. Edit: hopefully it’s all much calmer by then though. For the sake of sanity.
  12. Italy opening up borders? Madness. Fucking madness around the world.
  13. I love a holiday but I’m not planning anything. Experts over here reckon international air travel won’t return to pre-COVID-19 levels until 2023. And @Carnivore Chris it’s 19 because that’s when it started.
  14. I’ve not heard much. I can’t believe places like Germany have actually gone back to football. Madness. All I know from a grassroots level etc we can train with limited equipment upto 20 people. June 8th in my state it is expected “contact sports” etc can resume as normal. So maybe something like that is being talked about? But now we have the AFL to contend with it we did resume a season.

Only played golf a few times, got a par once. Not sure if it was my skill or the fact I was necking down beers. In fact, I couldn’t imagine playing golf without beers. Dreadful game!
  16. During the early days of Scout, when she rose to admin or staff. Said something unsavory. Was overturned once everyone realised what she was like.
  17. Tom wasn’t it? Thomas. Turned to god and married a babe.
  18. Am I still the best cricketer in the world? Then probably. I should’ve been a stronger captain but I know I will never get a chance again, and rightfully so.
  19. 7 days in a row with 0 cases in Western Australia. We still have a lot of restrictions in place. Let’s hope this trend continues for as long as possible, we know a second wave is probable, but keeping borders shut until other regions/countries have it under control is paramount.
  20. I think you have a point regarding how some members are treated differently. My post however was not trying to prove any stereotype or any nonsense of the sort. Honestly, not the intention at all. We have men in their early to mid 20’s posting ridiculous teenage girl stuff that’s all I was getting at, whilst admitting I did the same utterly petty shite. You may want to consider choosing another forum if you’re unhappy?
