  1. Not watched it and given my hate for him I won't ever watch it through principle. Saddest thing for me was how Mourinho was basically telling everyone years ago this guy is a virus and we all ignored him and called him a past it lunatic. To think these managers have had to deal with the Pogba and Lingard circus show for so long, it must have been toxic as hell in that dressing room. My only hope is the current crop is now rid of the trouble makers and then knuckle down and start playing for the shirt.
  2. Wasn't the most interesting press conference, they asked a few pointless questions which Ten Hag was never going to answer and it was the usual process bollocks. One thing I didn't like was his comment about evaluating the players he's got, he must surely have watched enough of our games now to have an idea of who's a slacker or not up to task. I hate players get more time because a new manager comes in.
  3. I know I'm well late with this but just started season 1 of Breaking Bad. Just currently at the stage where Walter is starting to enjoy breaking the law. Gotta say I'd been told it was a slow starter but now I'm gripped.
  4. The Marbella one is even worse, they kinda try and make a comedy out of it in Amsterdam.
  5. Choose or die Netflix new release, basically a horror film. Movie revolves around a computer game that instructs its players to choose options that could result in someone's death. Terrible movie, mainly due to it clearly being shot in England with British actors putting on American accents, it also keeps showing long shots of the New York projects. Worth a watch just to see how bad it actually is. 4/10
  6. Schmeichel Neville Irwin Ferdinand Vidic Robson Keane Scholes Rooney Cantona Ronaldo Ronaldo in his early days on the right and Rooney from the left of the front three.
  7. Clearing the decks, that's three out of the door now that we're responsible for the recruitment of these overpaid muppets.
  8. Andy Carroll was pretty bad to be fair. I agree though, both absolutely shocking signings. Wan Bassaka has to be up there, who on earth watched him play and thought he'd be worth spunking 50 million quid on him. I'm pretty certain my wife could see he's not of the level of a club up the top end of the table.
  9. Heads rolling today at United, two major scouts have left the club. Should think so as well, one of the biggest clubs in the world spends nearly a billion pounds on mid table Premier league players. Astonished the mess we're in.
  10. Exactly, sick of hearing people say he doesn't perform like this for France. France have elite level players in every position around him, imagine knowing you have Kante running through brick walls next to you. Vidal and Pirlo next to him at Juve also, absolute incredible players. The term Luxury player was made for Pogba.
  11. Boiling point 9/10 Steven Graham my favourite actor does it again, just a fantastic actor. The movie is based around a busy restaurant kitchen with Graham's character under incredible pressure from work and life circumstances. Almost felt like a fly on the walk documentary.
  12. There have been photos of their bodies for years. How the hell did they get them into the ground. The weight must have been incredible.
  13. Going to watch it through but it hasn't got me wanting watch episodes back to back. The thing is the characters work as small time drug dealers on the Summerhouse estate but mixing it with high level drug dealers abroad, not having it I'm afraid. Sully is still by the far the best character, Kano plays the role brilliantly.
  14. Watching Top Boy at the moment, was brilliant when it was gritty and dark, now they are taking it in a direction that makes it predictable and boring.
  15. Rambo last blood 8/10 Had everything you want in an action movie, bad guys you are truly made to hate and a revenge so sweet even the sight of a removed heart has you fist pumping in glory. Sly rolled back the clock for me with this one. Old School action movies were the best.
  16. How are Chelsea going to budget a European away day on 20k. Lille maybe as they do it via coach but what if they drew Madrid next round. The hotel and catering alone would smash through that budget.
  17. Thor, 9/10 Got to admit I've always looked at Marvel movies as a bit geeky but the other week my daughter made me watch End Games and I loved it. So basically I'm gonna try watch the all. Thor first up, absolutely loved it. Right up my street and how stunning is Natalie Portman in the movie.
  18. Avengers End Game My teenage daughter was back from Uni and she wanted to watch it. Not watching any of the Avenger movies or many Marvel movies at all I wasn't looking forward to it. How wrong was I, really enjoyed it. I'm gonna watch a few more Marvel films now.
  19. Yeah meeting my friends Simon and Garfunkle there, hopefully it's going to be a peaceful break and I can enjoy the sounds of silence. Seriously though I'm actually looking forward to packing my walking gear and enjoying a trip to the coast to have a scenic British trip for once, this is gonna be a more active break than my usual sun holidays. Gonna book end of July abroad hopefully, fancied Turkey myself. Anyone got any Turkey recommendations? Done oludeniz, loved it. Open to new areas.
  20. My first break of the year is a UK break, got 4 nights booked over near Scarborough. Don't usually do British breaks but the wife wants to see how this war pans out before booking abroad so we decided a week away for her birthday in an area of the UK we'd not ventured to before. Should be interesting.
  21. I'm not a big Elvis fan but that looks brilliant. It's going to be huge isn't it.
  22. The usual suspects 9/10 Brilliant movie, still love it even though I know the film already. The wife didn't so it was fun waiting for her shock at the end. The greatest trick the devil ever did was making the world believe he didn't exist...... Then puff, like that he was gone! Always loved those lines, great film.
  23. Devil

    Cooking

The difference between a butchers chicken breast and a supermarkets is insane. Makes you wonder what sort of life the chicken has had to have only grown such a small breast.
  24. It's good, the subject matter is heavy but the story is really hotting up now. Not used to seeing good acting and a decent drama on channel 5.
  25. What Women want 7/10 Sunday afternoon lighthearted movie watch today, its essentially a chic flick but I actually ended up enjoying it. Mel Gibson plays a self obsessed sexist womaniser who has his nose pushed out of joint at work by a new women taking a promotion he thought was his. He then has an electrical accident at home and wakes being able to hear the thoughts of all women. It's pretty amusing to he fair. Defo a proper woman's movie though.
