We're getting warm air from Africa, which is nice. What is annoying though is that the sand from the Sahara is coming with it. The sun looked like it was behind a filter today, and you could feel the sand/dust on your skin when you were outside for a bit longer.

Yea, around 4 1/2 - 5 hours I'd say. Went for a walk after work at 14:00. Came home around 18:00. Then went for another walk at 22:30 until 23:20ish.

29,3km, yea. I always made sure to get a lot of steps in. Now during Corona lockdown, my friends have caught on. And they have challenges and whatnot. I will not have them undermine me.

Managed to walk over 40.000 steps today for the first time. And I did a one hour cardio session on top of that.

Mr. Robot Season 2. Love it. I like that the main protagonist speaks to the viewer. Makes me feel like I'm in this with him. Also makes me feel a little less lonely. "Hello, friend".
