Not new but I somehow missed it. Looks like fun! And I love Ryan Gosling in comedies. He has such a natural comedic talent IMO.

For me this is one of the biggest scandals in recent German politics history. Robert Habeck was on a private vacation, when these idiots, masked as "worried farmers" tried to storm the ferry he was on. The thing is, even though he was on vacation, he wanted to allow 2-3 people to come on board to talk to him, but they refused, because they were just there to provoke and intimidate. Because the situation was so dangerous, the ferry had to leave and dock ship in another harbour, hours later. Right wing politicians like Nazischlampe Alice Weidel later tweeted that Habeck "fled from the protest instead of looking for a dialogue", when in fact he offered them the opportunity for a dialogue but they refused, because they had nothing else in mind than violence or intimidation. I am slowly losing my mind about what is happening in this country.

I remember watching a video of a little black girl watching the trailer of that Little Mermaid film, and she burst into tears because she was so happy. Goes to show you how how underrepresented minorities were in being a lead in a story or in a movie. It meant so much to that little girl that I totally understood why it is important things like that happen more often. Especially since Ariel is a ficitional character, so why would people be so persistent that she has to be white? Unless they are indeed racist.
