I have a takeaway once a week. I've lost just under a stone and a half since the start of the year. I'm not the most active, walking the dog is as much as I do. I've been using myfitnesspal to log food and it gives you a calorie deficit. Takes a bit of getting used to, weighing everything out and logging it but it's worked for me. I'd have lost more by now but always have a set back if we've been the pub at the weekend. I'll eat shite when I'm pissed and then again the next day if I'm hungover

Weird one this. I can see the argument for keeping him around for another season as fifth choice, although personally I'd have cashed in on him. Extending his contract though, which presumably comes with a wage increase? Feels like we could just be pricing out any potential buyers which I think it's probably the issue with Origi now too.

Robertson was goosed, that's why Tsimikas came on. I'd have probably made that sub earlier because it was clear Robertson was having a poor game. It's unfortunate that Firmino was injured in the first half because that's taken away one of your second half subs. I don't understand why we don't change the front three up when things aren't going our way. We could have moved Jota left, Mane right and Salah through the middle. Mane was having no joy down the left and the right hand side saw Trent, Elliott and Salah all wanting to come inside against a team that was just defending their 18 yard box. In hindsight, Chamberlain on for Henderson might have been the better sub. Thiago didn't do a lot wrong but Chamberlain is more direct.
