  1. GAME 109 - SHEFF WEDS vs LEEDS - FRIDAY 8th MARCH, 20.00 (GMT) GAME 110 - CARDIFF vs IPSWICH - SATURDAY 9th MARCH, 12.30 (GMT) ***any predictions made after kick-off will not count*** @Mel81x @Lucas @6666 @Dr. Gonzo @Michael @Redcanuck @CaaC (John) @Devil-Dick Willie @JoshBRFC @Viva la FCB @Pyfish @Bluewolf @Tommy @Rucksackfranzose
  2. Goals and winners aplenty for the latest two! Game 107 had an early goal in the 8th minute: 2 points 3 points! 1 point 3 points! 3 points! While Game 108's first of six goals was even earlier, in the 5th minute: 1 point Plus @Bluebird Hewitt adding to his tally again with his 3rd-minute pick. Table after Game 108: Lots of change after a flurry of winners, with @Bluewolf now heading up into 2nd on 19 points, and @Lucas going up to 3rd, joining two others on 17 points. @Bluebird Hewitt up to 7th, whilst @Rucksackfranzose and @Redcanuck also improve their placings, the latter getting his first exact score.
  3. 1 up at half time. Scored very early on, been quite dull otherwise even though they were there for the taking.
  4. Shame that non top-six clubs seem to suffer more than top six clubs when it comes to this kind of thing. They can try and break the top 6 but they get punished. Who do they end up selling their best player(s) to? Top 6 clubs. How are they ever meant to compete? The rules are skewed so much that it'll become impossible for a non-top six club to ever have sustained success any more.
  5. Guess it's not usually seen to the point that they're on the pitch vocalising their anger. Have seen it plenty of times before where fans/ultras are at the front of the stand rightly berating the players and demanding more from them, but not where they're speaking to them on the pitch. I'm actually a fan of it. Fans are the heart of the club. Without them, clubs are nothing. It's definitely not something we see in UK (would love it, but all hell would break loose). Hence why it seems 'remarkable'. I appreciate you may have seen it more in matches/leagues across Germany as fan ownership is a much popular instance there, compared to other European teams/leagues.
  6. I'm happy with both proposed changes.

  11. Pickford Alexander-Arnold - Maguire - Stones - Chilwell* Rice Bellingham - Foden Saka - Kane - Maddison That LW position is tricky because while Foden could play there, it's not where he is strongest. It's lacking defensively, but you could use Alexander-Arnold as the inverted full-back to add an extra body in midfield? Shaw would start at LB for now but I think he's injured so there's doubts about if he'll play, otherwise it's Chilwell's spot to lose. Right now, there's 4 players that go straight in and just have to be immediately on the team-sheet - Foden, Saka, Kane & Bellingham. They're world-class. I know some (and hopefully not Southgate) will include Phillips or Henderson, but there's better players available now to start... The good thing is though, there's depth in a lot of positions, and hopefully those players could just slot right in - Walker/Trippier for RB; Gallagher in CM, Palmer or Bowen in attacking midfield, Grealish (if he gets his act together) on LW, Watkins is playing very well to be an adequate replacement for Kane. Even players like Colwill or Guehi (if fit) can be options for CB.
  12. Team Stanflute for the win.
  13. Yeah I had a Casemiro foul in one of my bet builders on Skybet. First foul in the game didn't even come til the 26th minute ffs. Unheard of in that game.
  14. Yeah his distribution was quality and if Rashford had his head screwed on not just for his goal there's perhaps different outcomes before half time.
  15. It'll make pissing the Euros up the wall even more annoying with such generational talent.
  16. One of the worst ever considering the quality of player.
