It wasn't lockjaw. It was a spasm in her neck causing the jaw to move to one side, basically a spasm in her jaw too. It's a side effect/allergic reaction to medication, as opposed to an infection.

Yeah it was pretty terrifying at times. All kinds of shit goes through your head really. But just gotta be reassuring to ease the pain if possible. It's difficult but that's what you go through as a husband/spouse! Almost a relief that the ambulance came within 30 mins after being told it my be an initial 90min wait!

So she had neck spasms, jaw was stuck and tongue would be rigid to one side. It was surreal in a bad way. Had to keep calm for her sake, let alone myself! Wouldn't wish it on anyone, horrible to see. Let alone for her to experience. Doctors/paramedics/nurses all class though.

Better. Back home now. But scary seeing the effects before the ambulance came.

Spent the day in hospital with the missus after she had an allergic reaction to some meds. What a blast of a day.

Yeah it was like 130 votes in it. There's been a lot of 'hate' for the previous Mayor, so I think his time was coming. But just didn't think it would be that close.

My town are cunts. Voted in a Tory mayor, replacing a Lib Dem one that had been in place for 14 years. Local controversy about a new railway line seemed to be the end of him. In good news though, Labour made a lot of gains, especially Medway which is quite pivotal. And this:
