  1. It's embarrassing what politics has become like in this country. Blaming social media is far too easy. These people have lost their morals. Their ethcis and their values.
  2. Laura Kuenssberg had an absolute mare earlier. Embarrassing from her. We all know she's a Tory but today was a blatant a show of it as ever. Hancock visits Leeds hospital where the poor 4-year old boy suffering from pneumonia is sleeping on coats in a hospital (the picture in question on the phone in @LFCMike's comment). Walks out, on the phone, to protests and swiftly goes in to his car. As the protestors shout, as they are well within their rights to do, one of them points towards the car and a guy walks in to the protestor's arm. Before the video surfaced, Kuenssberg tweeted that things had 'turned nasty' and that there were 'punches thrown' by a labour activist on to Hancock's adviser. Shambolic 'journalism' and she should know better to tweet stuff without knowing the full facts.
  3. Same (if I was a Chelsea fan). He's a beast. No doubt he's learning loads of another beast like Godin as well next to him .
  4. England's friendlies next year before the Euros: England vs Italy - Friday 27th March England vs Denmark - Tuesday 31st March Austria vs England - Tuesday 2nd June England vs Romania - Sunday 7th June
  5. I'm pretty sure I remember Teso using penalties against the goals tally Vardy racked up in past few seasons. Saying they don't count . May have been on the old forum.
  6. Probably less so given his hamstring injury now?
  7. Reckon Promes will be back? Heard that he may be out til after the winter break.
  8. Ajax losing at home to Willem II. On course to lose their first league game since March. It'll be their first home loss in the league since November 2017. @Panna King you watching?
  9. Replacing Maguire with Soyuncu a season before goes some way to explaining it. We were good with Maguire but nothing special. Now we are with Soyuncu's form so far. Not to mention Evans being quality on the cheap and Pereira and Chilwell improving their game too. I actually didn't mind Maguire to be honest. Think he gets far too much hate from all parts but it goes to show chasing the money doesn't always work out straight away?
  10. all over City. Never gave them a sniff.
  11. 3-0. Totally unexpected! @Toinho wtf is going on
  12. Fornaroli scores against his old club! Shit game so far but moment of genius from Fornaroli. Keeper should have come out but Fornaroli heads in expertly.
  13. Genuinely thought it'd be a mix of seniors/youngsters for both squads that are going and staying. Can see Villa giving you an absolute walloping but on the flip side, you giving an absolute thrashing to whoever you play in Qatar. Favourable for us given the time frame in which you would leave Qatar and then play us. Does Klopp do Xmas Day training
  14. It's incredible but not in the least bit surprising, sadly.
  15. definite miracles needed at Everton though...

    The Holiday Thread

    Not heard of that place!
  17. My favourite one of the season for obvious reasons.
  18. Think Dortmund will become more consistent even though it may still be under Favre. Gladbach and RB will put up good fights but perhaps tail off towards the end of the season. Participation in Europe is still a big factor - Dortmund and Bayern have big enough squads to rotate I think? Not sure if RB and Gladbach have the same kind of depth.
  19. Big fan of this if it happens. In-stadium communications need to improve and this would be a big help. Like they do in NFL and it works to a tee.
