Sounds like you're a good manager to have. Some managers don't like to see their own employees progress because they don't want to lose them and I find that incredibly selfish and downright ignorant, really. Good to know you're not like that and he sounds a good employee as you are a good boss

It's allowed in the laws of the game but don't think anyone can deny it's still a shitty way to go about things. I don't agree that it should be a law and should be scrapped but anyone moaning about it so vociferously needs to check the rules. Perhaps if there's always so much uproar about it the rule needs to be eradicated or if not, at least clarified.

Can't remember. Probably a fair chunk of it as there's only so much TV/entertainment I can watch with a screen so close in front of me. Plus I find it really uncomfortable on flights in terms of temperature and trying to sleep in those kind of seats, even on the larger planes.

Direct flight it'd be UK to LA which is around 11-12 hours. One stop it was UK to Dubai then Dubai to Durban which is about 13-14 hours.

Yep, very insightful and the amount of depth they go in to is superb, but at the same time you don't lose interest through misunderstanding or it being too complicated. Looking forward to seeing what else they produce throughout the season, and hopefully not just focus on Mercedes & Ferrari even though they pull in the biggest audience. And of course not to mention all the conspiracy theories or rumours throughout the season as to who this person may work for
