I expect you in this team @Eco
  3. Think they had to after the season just gone.
  4. Ah didn't know about the Kuwait bit. I admire her bravery, through. 1) to fly off on her own and escape her (abusive) family and 2) have the guts to barricade herself in and not bow down to authorities, especially being all on her own, too. Wonder how many others will attempt this!
  5. She's done well to get so far out of Saudi Arabia to be fair without getting caught or stopped before getting on the flight.

First one is similar to our plans but much less time (can't have too long off work!). Singapore > Melbourne > Sydney > Cairns or Brisbane > Alice Springs > Adelaide/back to Melbourne.

Nice cheers. Parents have been to Singapore and I haven't, I've been to Dubai and they haven't, so I'm hoping we choose the former as a stopover Was it only Brisbane/Cairns you went to when you last went?

Went to Marrakech in May 2016. Lovely place, great people and great weather. Stayed at some Aqua Fun Park because it was cheaper - it was outside the main city, about 20-30 min taxi journey away but it was all-inclusive. Huge complex with about 4 different pools, 3 massive separate apartment blocks and about 5 or 6 restaurants. Not to mention the actual water-park itself which had so much to offer. 5-night stay at the princely sum of £55/night. Flights were only about £100 return as well as we went just before half-term so got decent prices. Literally the only downside was that it was Ryanair we had to fly on . One thing you have to do when going Morocco is visit a/some of the Riads. They're like hotels but have an open courtyard area to dine/drink in or just chill out in. Highly recommend seeing them as you get to see real culture of the city/country. I'm sure there'll be loads in Agadir as well. Plenty of market stalls/bazaars no doubt as well.

Bit of an anticlimax with the rain but the first time India win a test series in Australia is complete

Won't be backpacking as will be a family holiday but thanks for the recommendations/advice anyway! What are the islands good for? I think in the main cities, we'll be there for 5-6 days. Canberra was something we were considering so may scrap that .

Eh, I forgot to put Perth on the list. Think we discussed that as a way to break up the journey to the eastern side. Potentially to Dubai or Singapore, then on to Aus so Perth is just as realistic to be honest. I'd rather avoid @Danny I'm excited just thinking about it . Could be spending about 3 weeks there so will be one hell of a trip no doubt.

Expected that reaction Not sure yet as still working out planning. Sydney and Melbourne are definitely on the list. Then Alice Springs and Uluru/Ayers Rock. Potentially another city like Adelaide or Canberra. Nothing for definite yet but it's likely to be a reality we head to that part of the world

Was gonna say, the bowling attack is probably the best part of Pakistan's team right now.
  16. His proneness to injuries haven't helped.
  17. Poor guy Aaron Reardon. Comes on as a sub after Bowles was sent off with the score at 2-1. Gives away a penalty, gets booked, and scores an own goal all within 10 minutes.
  18. Brisbane playing much better stuff since they hired their new manager. Actually passing the ball well and getting the ball in good areas for Taggart more. Using a high-press today against Perth. I'm guessing Perth have their eye on the bigger game against Sydney in midweek though, top-of-the-table clash.
  19. That train stabbing in Horsley, Surrey sounds devastatingly tragic. Victim was stabbed multiple times in front of his son

Wow, didn't expect us to make such a huge total. Delighted for Pant getting such a high score and look forward to seeing highlights of his batting. Shame Pujara couldn't get the double ton.

Gotta love Pujara. And equally pleased with how Agarway has come in to the team and already looks to have made that opener spot his own.
