I have scrapped my plans for Mexico and Chachapoyas, this time for real I've decided to do a trip around the Dominican Republic, and maybe a day in Haiti. 300 CAD from Lima to Santo Domingo, I think April's the date.

I just messaged my therapist, and I think I have the problem pinpointed and it's that my mind attacks me when bored, which is very often because I don't seem to enjoy doing anything non-productive or social, and that's something I want to rework. I used to love Video Games and Movies, now I don't because I don't feel like I gain anything from them.

The profesional im seeing I stopped going to a few years ago so he kindly added me on Facebook. I guess he’s one go-to for now and I am going to try it. Since last week it I just don’t have the energy for anything

Apologies if this isn’t appropriate, I have commented this to Nudge the other day. Since last week I’ve been getting seriously suicidal thoughts, and I’m limiting them the best I can. I’m going to see a professional again in a few days and will talk to him about it all. Basically I feel undervalued, over bullied and misunderstood in life and that has started to hit me. At my house party the other day I had to abandon it and go upstairs because I really felt terribly. Dont worry about me by the way, I’ll be fine in the long term, but this is a miserable time and it’s all happened so suddenly

Just saw this. I do it too, and yeah I don't realize it, but I try to cut it out more than I used too. I felt very uncomfortable last night, also by the fact that 3 people who said they were on the way and I thought were my friends no-showed. I had a good amount of people though so maybe it was a blessing in disguise more didn't go.

Apologies for my behaviour today by the way lads. I strongly disagree with what happened still but I probably shouldn't have reacted in the way I did.

I am tempted to break the bank, buy the forum, ban Phil with superglue + his IP and then return the forum to Rab or whoever owns it. I am considering it.

Last night I had my birthday reunion, late because I could only do it at this point earliest. It just made me realize I should step away from my social life for a bit. Sadly, I lack serious social skills thanks to my conditions but I still feel this can be worked around a bit, and I want to focus on that. Basically I felt constantly interrupted in conversations, and couldn't jump into the others conversations. I know they love me because they gave me a birthday card and cake signed and bought by everyone, but I just felt very uncomfortable and broke down at around 11 PM, to the point I had to abandon and go upstairs. I really enjoy being social, but the only thing that I am truly passionate about is my job, I'm happy where I am and love the person I am, but acknowledge there is still room for improvement. I've decided to go back to therapy just to calmly work on myself a bit more. On the other hand, I made some good food yesterday. Introduced Poutine to most of that group, haha.

Peru cuts ties with Mexico due to the support to Castillo or some shit like that. Kind of feels like a rash decision. I fully was on board with banning Evo Morales, but Mexico is a bit more powerful and useful in that sense.
