I'd be inclined to believe him if he was even fucking ball park. He's genuinely in Mr Olympia level shape. His body composition numbers are closer to Ronnie Colemans or big Ramys than to a normal human.

Fat free mass index is a bit of broscience. But it's not your weight that's suspicious. Being 11% bodyfat at 123 kilos and 6'1 is Mr. Olympia territory. Arnold was 106 kilos at 6'2 at his absolute biggest. Would have been 7% or so. You're literally in big ramys ball park

Went at him quick I'm not certain India would have needed to bat a second time at all, and I certainly couldn't see England getting the 350+ they'd need to make India sweat at all. You're absolutely right. When two fighters walk into the arena I only expect that they try to win. Doesn't have to be a spectacular war.
