  1. Joker - 9/10 I agree with what alot of you guys said, the film is almost perfect. I loved the bit about dipping in and out of sanity with the girl and the Wayne thing and the whole reveal about his childhood brining it full circle. Phoenix it goes without saying is fantastic, I can still hear is creeping awkward laugh in between the punchlines at the comedy club dear god there where some cringe/uncomfortable moments. Brilliantly executed in the end, makes me want to go back and watch the dark night again now.
  2. Yeah lewys form this season has been a joy to watch. Now for some bad news Sule has torn his anterior cruciate ligament in his knee he's out for a while.
  3. Well Beth doesnt get any less mental in this season i hate to tell you but with all the chaos the scenes with the horses and rodeos and backdrops I dont know it just works. Get back to you it!
  4. @Bluewolf@nudge I dont know If you guys have kept up with Yellowstone at all but I just finished season two and I loved it. Just as good as the first, maybe a tad more crazy but its got the right mix with Jimmy's story in the background and the horses and the backdrop, the show is beautiful. Anyways i read they renewed it for a third season probably out next year.
  5. Sounds interesting enough anyways, I assume you can work from home and make your own hours sort of deal then. Thats pretty interesting, tbh I dont believe there is anything like that in place here but I also dont have a wealth of knowledge of our construction industry, could be different between private and public though too. I like the idea of holding them accountable for a project regardless.
  6. So youre responsible for all those pesky seemingly random porn hubs adds im getting all the time I dont follow exactly what you mean here? Help my dumbass out here, I barely understand what data brokering is
  7. Interesting topic to bring up then, what do you all do for work? I guess I can start. Im a heavy duty partsman; I work in a truck shop supplying parts for the jobs, sourcing/looking up and billing for customers. Anything basically 5ton + we work on but only drivetrain, so drivelines, transmissions, diffs, clutches and surrounding areas basically.
  8. Yeah the whole thing is utterly ridiculous, took away his winnings and banned him.
  9. I mean I watched the Dunkey video about it and laughed my ass off.......the rake in the lake.......
  10. Its really a shame what hes done to his reputation in the last bunch of years. It very well might overshadow what hes done for the club if he keeps spouting on like this and that would be an even bigger shame.
  11. Alaba has torn muscle fibres in his left thigh likely out 3-4 weeks but no official timeline yet. Puts him in doubt for the Spurs match. Good thing we have another LB
  12. It Chapter II - 6/10 I pretty much agree with Rick, seemed unnecessarily long. Just seemed like they tried to rehash the first film and offer more of the same. The was definitely more scares and gore then I remember Chapter 1 having but they probably should have just not done a sequel. If youre a fan you should probably watch it there are some good parts but just buckle up for another marathon on your ass.
  13. I Love Dave Chappelle, just rewatched this whole set on netflix "Sticks and Stones" the whole thing is gold but this part was especially great. Pay no attention to the reviews he holds no punches and offends alot of people in the best way possible...his way.
  14. I posted this in the Players Tribune thread as well but I figured id post it here to as this is a must read. One of the best couple Ive read on the site coming from a neutral - if you have 10 mins give it a go. https://www.theplayerstribune.com/en-us/articles/trent-alexander-arnold-liverpool-football-club
  15. Very good, now you have two more to go
  16. Lewandowski extension official, another 2 years; takes him until 2023. https://www.bavarianfootballworks.com/2019/8/29/20838382/official-bayern-munich-robert-lewandowski-contract-extension-2023-best-striker-champions-league Fans, rejoice! Robert Lewandowski has extended his contract with Bayern Munich. After several months of rumors and speculation, the Poland international put pen to paper on a new contract that will keep him at the Sabener Strasse till 2023 — a two-year extension over his previous deal. Reports say that the new contract will take him past the €20m mark, making him one of the highest paid players at Bayern alongside Philippe Coutinho. While the extension has been rumored for some time now, it’s great to have it finalized. Lewandowski has once again started the new season in red-hot form, having scored every single one of Bayern’s five goals in the Bundesliga so far — which included a very impressive hat trick against Schalke. Lewandowski reaffirmed his commitment to the club and Bayern’s place on the international stage: As for Brazzo, the sporting director highlighted the player’s importance as a leader on the team. Last season, Lewandowski was promoted to third captain, behind Manuel Neuer and Thomas Müller. Salihamidzic said, Club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, himself a Ballon d’Or winning forward, heaped praise on the Polish international, echoing the sentiments of Bayern fans worldwide:
  17. My love for Vincent D'onofrio is vast so I will still watch it at some point but I trust your judgment; especially on all things westerns. Maybe the next one will be good
  18. Way to crush my dreams before the weekend.....
  19. Yeah I liked that the movie just briefly touched on that aspect but didnt go super deep on and lose focus.
  20. Oh I know, i saw in the credits, I just meant I bet the book is quite good.
  21. I can see that, I had heard nothing but good things about it I dont know why I took so long to finally get to it. I bet it would be a really good book.
  22. Children of Men - 8/10 Finally got around to watching this for the first time. Great cast/collection of actors and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Takes a few to set up the back story and the bleakness and then shifts into gear fast with some edge of the seat suspense. Unique idea and well done by the end of it, highly recommend checking this one out if you havent yet.
  23. Not only that but Kovac apparently thinks pretty highly of himself if he thinks he was plan B
