  1. The worst thing? The opposition weren't very good
  2. Maybe???...... Nahhhh not good enough.... Keep looking n hoping
  3. On a point of order, .............. Has anyone EVER said that? If so when & on what? ...... Other than agreeing that Shit Stinks Poor Jose....Another press conference where he turns up the shadow of the man once was. I do feel for him, obviously extremely unhappy with life up North.
  4. Not the most convincing of wins for our beloveds, but a very nice end to a wonderful days football, including watching the Chelsea loaded England under 17's win the WC. Pretty good by the youngsters, especially when you think about a German club calling back the best English 17 year old I have seen in decades. See our CF run round his left foot again in the first half, only to almost score with his swinger a few mins later? Sure becoming a bad habit. No doubt I will watch the game again n again before writing more.
  5. This is a problem created by the clubs rapid trigger finger firing managers. The tossers in the media are not the brightest, but it makes sense to follow something thats happened before, time n time again. Every time anything goes wrong at Chelsea its a crisis.... Anytime a manager loses a couple of games its a crisis.... Anytime a named manager sits n watches our games, he is about to take over at the crisis club. Conte must know this and rather than do as he did today, it was a perfect time for the Costa giggles again. Would have painted a far better picture than the one he offered up today. Sad, but true
  6. Gabe had a gun..... Fucking shoot him! --- Sad
  7. Ok, on this talking shit on instagram ect. Belgium players. pretty much all of them cant keep their mouths shut when they go away with the national team. Sky have wormed that poisonous little twat Gary Cotterill into the Belgium camp & he turns up every game going through the players for snippets of crap. As I am sure you know the clubs have no power over them when they go away and I know for certain Jose asked all the players to be economical with their time with the media when on International duty when he returned to the club. I have a couple of friends who have worked in the sporting media and they tell me all who cover football look forward to the international breaks for the reason of access to the players. Musonda, by using Social media controlled his message, but you have to wonder who was pulling his strings as whenever I have seen him interviewed on CTV he does not strike me as the brightest. There was alot of frustration when Sir Alex stopped certain young players from talking to the media and he was accused of over protecting. I would say he was a man well before his time cause most of them should be seen and not heard.
  8. I didnt get to see much of the game. I heard more with the BBC Radio commentary although suffering Martin Keown punditry is like what I can only imagine those who suffered listening too Tokyo Rose back in the day. A good win or a nothing game, one we cant really take any notice off as far as players\team performance? The latter I think.
  9. My wife n I are huge fans of the two Walking Dead series and last night enjoyed the first episode of the new season. I have been a fan of Zombie films since I first saw George Romero's classic Night of the Walking Dead. If you havent seen it I strongly recommend you hunt it down. 1960's classic! Other musts are Dawn of the Dead (1978) n my fav re-make based on the original Dawn of the Dead (2004) Reasons I like the Walking dead series is because in most seasons there are huge fuck-ups that make me roar with laughter such as. Season 3 finding the Prison.... Who had been cutting the Grass all around the grounds? Last episode of last season.... How did the Tiger know who was on who's side ensuring it mauled the right person? What I find annoying.... Negan is so bloody laughable & survived point blank chances of being killed in two separate episodes in the last season and last night nobody took a pop at him when they all stood behind the cars. I accept its based on a comic, but in real life he would have been taken out by now. Anyway, the beautiful Michonne is enough to keep me hooked, where's on the flipside, I will cheer when Madison is killed off in Fear the Walking Dead. The secret to these Zombie films is you root for the people to survive.... Alas Fear the Walking Dead biggest problem are 90% of the Characters are not likeable and you end up hoping for a story line where the Zombies have a great stomach filling episode on the Blonde moron.
  10. Alonso Positive. Strong in tackle and in the air mainly due to his height against the size of player normally found against him. Has a trick to go by a player in close space and is on the whole neat n tidy on the ball. Has wonderful free kick which has shone since at the club. Up to now has been a good finisher infront of goal & supplier of assist chances. Negative. Isnt fleet footed to make the trick he has to go by a player enough to allow him to get away. His lack of pace is highlighted in most games when defending after an attack. Very slow to return to position which in turn exposes left sided player in defensive 3. Probably looked upon by opposition teams as a defensive weak point in our side. Overall. One would have to say he is average in his position. Far better going forward than defending and is probably another of those you dont want exposed in the truly big games, but would look to get something from against the weaker sides. Baring in mind the amount of money clubs wanted for their left wing backs this past summer, you have to say as a "out of the Blue" 20M signing he has up to now been far better than we all expected. Needs strong competition for his place.
  11. Talking about left sided defenders who cant defend, whats the news on Baba Rahman? If there are calls for Kenedy to have a go, may as well let Baba loose too.
  12. What are you talking about??? That confirms my thought.... You and Happy Blue were separated at birth n given different sides of Manchester poisoned chalice. Keep it up board 365 twin Clowns.... Jason Manford & Alan Carr have nothing on you two
  13. As I said to you before Floppy, long 6 months to go... Best wait n see, very poor Atletico Madrid 1 point behind your mob? What does that make you?
  14. Now then me ol Flower.... I very much doubt a Blind man needing instruction on when to cross a busy road would listen to you, so any fan taking your opinion on our national game is truly unlikely. You are the board Clown who entertains us..... And you are doing a magnificent job!!
  15. Heard this stat on the Radio.... Most impressive & for me confirms what a wonderful signing he has been.
  16. Thanks for underlining the point you know nothing about him.
  17. He could be living in a Palace fit for a King or Queen, but without his family living there with him, your point is worthless.
  18. Wow, talk about a result that never should have been. I caught the Watford manager interview calling it "A very unfair result" I am as Blue a Blue as there is, but Mr. Silva is right ~ That's an unfair result, one my club were desperate for. As ever, will watch the game a few more times before writing more later.
  19. Poor Jose, he really cant get past his times at Chelsea. I do feel for him. Living in a hotel away from family, manager of a club he does not want to be at. You just have to look at him at ANY press conference ~ He is the shadow of the man he once was and just this last week telling all United will be not his last club and he isnt not signing a new 5 year contract. Would that be a come n get me to Paris? His daughter will be finished at University next year and his son already chooses Paris over United to watch. Say it aint so United fans
  20. I think we all need to hope City's normal lackluster periods kick in or its going to be a Jose Chelsea procession in Light Blue.
