All about location for the most part. I've had a look around my area just for a quick browse and there are some 4 bedroom houses near me for around the same price. Bit less as well for nice three bedroom houses. Head into the valleys (which I think you've been to previously) and houses can be very cheap. I checked my mate's house on Zoopla as an example (3 bedroom mid terrace) and the average price if put on the market is £122k.

I had heard good things about the remake in fairness. Had it a while ago but not got round to playing it. Like a lot of other games.

I'm likely waiting until Christmas to have Mario Wonder, though would be the sort of game I'd play right now. I've played Links Awakening before on the Game Boy and Game Boy Colour (Christ I'm old), so would be interested to see how the Switch version looks.

I still haven't played Breath of the Wild and at present with uni, I'm mainly looking at shorter games to play when I can.

Need to think what to play next. I've more or less completed Pokèmon Brilliant Diamond and am on the final mission (I think) on Advance Wars Dark Conflict. Thinking Last of Us Part Two or the Switch version of Link's Awakening at the moment.

Yep. Had this 'new' version at the end of last week and it's a little quicker, but generally pointless really.

Random question, but has anyone been using this 'new' Teams for work? Doesn't look much different, but annoyingly I don't see any meeting pop ups when someone starts a meeting, so end up being late or accidently miss up. Bloody stupid. Checked the notifications and don't even have an option for it to pop up.

In fairness, I wouldn't be surprised. Bar Hull and a couple of teams giving them a close match, Leicester have generally been pissing the league with very little trouble so far. They'll only strengthen further in January as well.

It's not bad in fairness, though I'm never 100% sure on the chibi style they go for. Still need to finish Advance Wars Dark Conflict mind. Think I'm on the final mission now.

Yeah true. Kotick gets a lot of the flak as he presided over a lot of it, but those who actually did it are as cuntish, if not more. Says a lot really that you need a movement to basically weed out some of the shite and get treated as a person with some dignity really.
