    Do you like Coldplay?

Parachutes is a great album. Haven't really paid attention to what they've been doing for over a decade though.
  2. All I'm seeing is the vote to amend APT rules was pulled. Not that APT rules have been deemed unlawful. "The Times understands the 20 Premier League clubs were due to vote on an amendment to rules specific to the database at the shareholders’ meeting in central London on Thursday. The clubs were to be asked to vote on restricting access to the databank. The vote would have meant regulatory commissions and arbitration panels could not have given access to individual clubs to use the databank to acquire commercial information about rival clubs." "However, the planned vote on the amendment was removed from the agenda late last night, even though more specific details of what the amendment regarded were not included." "According to sources, the last minute withdrawal is being interpreted as an indication that a City legal team, led by Lord Pannick KC, have certainly enjoyed some success in convincing an independent panel that the rules on sponsorship deals need to be changed." "Further to that, it may also suggest that it was deemed pointless making one amendment if an issue with the databank actually has wider implications for all the rules regarding APTs." Translation: Vote on whatever the fuck the "databank" is didn't happen and it might mean something or it might mean nothing.
  3. Really don't know why Saka or Rice are being played.
  4. Will be interesting to see what type of team we put out. There'll definitely be a teenage goalkeeper debuting though. Raya to be rested while Neto, who hasn't yet made his debut, is cup-tied. Third choice, Tommy Setford (18), is injured so we won't even have our first choice teenage keeper available.
  5. Israel is now trying to do to Lebanon what it has done to Gaza. This failed experiment of a country should've been stopped decades ago.
  6. VAR reviewed it and thought it was fine. We do anything and it's "the letter of the law". Throwing a ball to the back of an opponents head is apparently fine. These dickhead pundits annoy me as well. When referees punish small situations it's great because it's the rule, when referees don't punish somewhat small situations it's great because you don't want to see that be a yellow card or a second yellow that ruins the game. Pick one you cunts. And Dermot Gallagher on Sky Sports is a complete waste of time. Just there to do damage control for referees regardless of if he contradicts himself.
  7. Threw the ball at Gabriel's head, randomly decided to start something after the match by telling Arteta to "stay humble" and proceeded to argue with Jesus for telling him to calm down, also told a debuting 17 year old "who the fuck are you?" The guy is a complete prick.
  8. Worst way to end up with a draw. Really hate how everything is "letter of the law" with us but referees and the idiot pundits just skip over our opponents doing the same and going unpunished. I'm sure Michael Oliver will be paid well to referee a game in UAE again by Man City's owners. Annoying fucking game in the end.
  9. ESR & Reiss Nelson with goals for Fulham. Iwobi a big part of Fulham's team as well. Great to see them doing well. More teams should really take advantage of Arteta not utilising our academy products.
  10. We were shit with the ball. Atalanta didn't do much with the ball. A penalty saved, the rebound from the penalty was also saved. Nothing else happened.
  11. Really struggling for creativity without Ødegaard. Just playing safety first, not giving them much space, and hoping we get something off the break or from a set piece. Similar to the Tottenham game.

  15. Israel injuring loads of random people to get a few members of Hezbollah isn't anything amazing unless you're just completely used to/numb to/supportive of Arabs getting injured/killed by western government interests.
  16. Most surprising thing about Ange is him guaranteeing a trophy for Tottenham this season. It's not impossible for them to do it but being so blunt about it is something you rarely see. Even from managers at clubs that regularly win trophies.
  17. Seems like Trump felt like he faked the assassination attempt on himself too early and so decided to do another one...
  18. Would've been a big win anyway but with important players missing, it's a massive win.
  19. All four games have been embarrassing for Everton. Plenty of time left in the season but there's only so long that can be said.
  20. The White Lotus. Watched a season and a half. It's great.
  21. A small squad of 22 to begin with but now with Odegaard, Rice, Merino, & Calafiori unavailable. Three away games in a row now for us and not too optimistic with a weakened squad.

    Wrestling

Raw going back to 2 hours until the end of the year before heading to Netflix in January. Hopefully they stay at 2 hours for Netflix as well.
