I thought Moscow is too obvious, and Omsk is one of the other Russian cities I know. xD

My initial thought was New Orleans because of the balcony on the first floor but on closer inspection that is not French colonial but somewhere in England specifically.

I couldn't find pictures that really show the bizarre and extreme polarities of this particular city. I wasn't a fan. One city block is enough to swing from rich and clean, to poverty.

You ever been to Baltimore? Went there for work once - mind was blown between how the city swings from wealthy and well-kept to absolute poverty.
