Not a high profile player with a lot of hype around him or with a great reputation but a big fee would still be required. What's the point? Napoli usually aren't this dumb with spending money. Not been quite the same as the era's of Gazza, Platt, Des Walker, Beckham & Ince for a while now. But even considering that, it's still very random.
