I suspect Villa are in for this one as a result of Buendia's long term injury which begs the question why we've waited 10 weeks since Leeds' relegation to activate this clause and left it long enough for another club to come in and hijack it. But that's Everton isn't it.

Yet another player leaving on a season loan for no fee, not like we can use the money in our dire straights is it.

Victor Orta has absolutely fudged the club with all these contract clauses and look at us now, on our knees with a tiny squad struggling to fill a bench and cant beat Cardiff or Birmingham. I wish that greasy cunt the worst.

No real complaints on Jack's part. He's been pretty solid for us, albeit a frustrating player. End product can be shoddy but he's a streaky player, seems to go 4 or 5 on the bounce scoring when confidence is high.

You could never fault his effort or honesty. Defends well for the team. Will be a good squad option for Villa but would have been more perfect for Everton I feel.

Dyche would give him the love he needed when his heads drops and things aren't quite going for you.

He can get changed in the hallway with Danjuma.

It is a bit embarrassing to now have two players for whom it's public knowledge we weren't their first choice but beggars can't be choosers and I'm glad the fanbase has largely accepted that.

He looks like a good signing on paper.

For a loan, it's great really. He'll really buy into Dyche's ideas. You definitely won't fault the effort and he has quality, albeit terribly inconsistant with it.

Wonder if this is as well as Gnonto or instead of?
