He's shipped a lot of goals this season already and has said his performances are not what he wanted so has made this decision. Kudos for not staying and just keeping the money. Could tell how furious he was with each goal that they conceded against Swindon. Either he knew he wasn't up to it, or he was just angry at how shit the players are in front of him. Or both!
