@Tommy Iceland are ridiculous over achieves at womens football

Carefully! It's a bit exagerated the call a team with exactly no silver ware overachievers, since they achieved just as expected- nothing.

You seriously don't think a team with such a small population getting to a tournament is an achievement?

Nope, qualifying for a tournament isn't a achievement, it's only the necessary condition to achieve something.

Thats neurotic perfectionism and bad for your health. I little country like Iceland have every right to feel like they have achieved something by getting to a finals tournament. By that logic none of us achieve anything unless we are the best at it

The the bolded part: Exactly! That's what I meant, when making that: "Who said being successful would be easy?" post.

If you define it an achievement not needing to wear diapers anymore and having your adult teeths, that's up to you. Agree to disagree.

That's not actually what I said  though was it. I agree we should agree to disagree. But bare in mind some people (especially men) are killing themselves over these expectations of what success is. I'm pretty certain you're a nice guy and wouldn't want that to happen to anyone. And your entitled to your opinion. But maybe go careful who you say it to

Going to watch Chelsea vs. Real Madrid tonight. Two German players involved. German International Sjöke Nüsken for Chelsea and former German international Melanie Leupolz for Real Madrid.

Watching on TV I meant. xD Seeing how it's raining cats and dogs in London, I'm glad I'm not there.

@Tommy you watching the game vs Aus Women?

Have found myself watching it on YouTube. Commentator is horrible xD

Germany all over Australia.

Yea, I watched it. First half we were good, but the second half was pretty shit. But there were a lot of player changes and we missed a lot of players to begin with. But first half and the game against England looked very promising under the new coach.

Goalkeeper situation is worrying though. Frohms retired from the national team, and both Berger and Johannes looked shaky these past two games.

Yeah there was a distinct lack of flow or cohesion in that 2nd half. Even when chasing the equaliser it never actually looked likely.
