Thing with Liverpool, is that they press with great intensity. More than any other club. No way they can do this every game for the season. They need to choose their battles wisely and Klopp needs to adapt to certain games.

Last season more than this season though.

Liverpool haven't looked particularly impressive going forward so far, a lot of people are saying this will inevitably happen at some point but will it? They do look far more resolute as a unit which might lead them further in the league but without the brilliant attack I don't know if they can win the league. They are also missing a creative midfielder, Fekir was a necessary signing I think.

Comparing last season to this season though...

Last season:

3 wins, 4 draws, 1 loss

3 clean sheets

12 goals conceded

13 goals scored

This season:

6 wins 2 draws 0 losses

5 clean sheets

3 goals conceded

15 goals scored

And we've played Spurs, City and Leicester already but only conceded 3 goals. Compared to 12 conceded at this point last year - with 2 more goals than we had at this point last year. And that's with us not looking very sharp at all.
