Eco Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 WEEK 3 SCHEDULE UPDATED TABLE (EASTERN CONFERENCE) UPDATED TABLE (WESTERN CONFERENCE) ** DISCUSS MATCHES HERE **
Asura Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 FC Dallas should win the cup this year... their run was terrific last season and also they won the supporters' shield, so dumb to call it like that, its actually the league that they won. New England at home should not be too hard. Hopefully ill go watch some games again this season in the stadium.
Eco Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 What a crazy weekend. Had a tennis match Saturday morning, and then tailgated for the United match on Saturday. We absolutely controlled the match. Got hammered, pregnant wife drove me home, woke up, played tennis, and have been struggling with a hangover ever sense. United is winning the league. You heard it here first. When Seattle wins tonight, we will be #1 in the Eastern Conference. Hail United!

Smiley Culture Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Watched the highlights of the previous round of games on Sky and I was impressed with the crowd sizes and the level of entertainment on show. Atlanta look a great addition to the MLS already and hopefully their ground numbers keep up over the coming years and Orlando's new stadium looked impressive. Not impressed with NYCFC's usage of the Yankee Stadium though, it just looks weird and the pitch didn't look the greatest. I'll try and keep an eye on the MLS due to Jay Simpson being at Philadelphia Union.
Eco Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 It was a great week and showing (again) from Atlanta. Season Tickets are right around 35k, so I don't think it'll drop off much.
Eco Posted March 25, 2017 Author Posted March 25, 2017 Currently Minnesota is doing what Minnesota does. Losing 3-1 to New England in the first half. New York RB vs Real Salt Lake Columbus Crew vs Portland Timbers Both are tonight.
Eco Posted March 25, 2017 Author Posted March 25, 2017 Minnesota lose 5-2. They are absolutely terrible.

New England didn't even seem to get out of second gear. Liverpool loanee Brooks Lennon is starting on the wing for Real Salt Lake here. I think they'll be my team until Phoenix join the league

Honey Honey Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 That's what you get for deliberately naming your club to look like MUFC
Burning Gold Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 I have no qualms in saying that was the worst game of football I've ever witnessed

I didn't unfortunately mate, but I meant the NYRB vs Real Salt Lake match. Only once or twice in the whole game did either team look like they might create something. I can forgive a lack of quality if there are goals or at least some action, but NY vs SL was both dull and low on quality.

Eco Posted April 23, 2017 Author Posted April 23, 2017 Solid lineup tonight, with only Martinez missing still from his injury. I have a good feeling about tonight.
Eco Posted April 23, 2017 Author Posted April 23, 2017 VILLABA Slow game to start, but Villaba finishes off a good move to up Atlanta up 1-0 .
