  1. Did you post this after watching Raw?
  2. Jon Moxley is set to lose in a mid card match at Wrestle Kingdom as AEW try to rebuild relations with NJPW. Kenny Omega will be headlining there new video games. A title change either in December or February makes sense.
  3. Cant believe somebody has signed off an eleven million dividend payout when there's staff on minimum wage. Incredible decision. The people that run the club on a day to day basis on the ground must feel bewildered with their American owners at times.
  4. I believe we are entitled to 40% of Bertinho's profits as a musician based on the attention we gave him for a considerable number of years. So we only need £249.96 by March.
  5. I preferred it to HOHH to be honest. Once they've finished introducing the characters it really picks up steam.
  6. Personally think the time to pull the trigger on The Miz was two years ago. Instead they put him in that god awful angle with Shane McMahon and he's never felt the same to me since. He showed this week him and John Morrison can hang with the main eventers, but I wouldn't say they're as over as Drew, Bray and Orton who are arguably doing some of their best work at the minute. AEW's go home show for Full Gear emphasised a big problem they have for me. The TNT title is being perceived bigger than the world title because Cody is being consistently booked with long segments and is last on. Mox has gone stale as a Champion because they're putting him in feuds with guys that are never going to beat him and he's not ending shows. It just feels inevitable that Jon Moxley will lose the title to his first real challenger, which is likely to be Kenny Omega at the next PPV. Other than Mox/Kingston it does look like a good card so I'll probably stay up and watch.
  7. Edge comes back. Ends his feud with Randy Orton by taking the title off him. His first title victory since having to relinquish the title almost ten years ago .... only for The Miz to cash in and take title ten seconds later.
  8. They didn't bother fixing it at all in the last game so I doubt they'll do anything.
  9. Champions League freezes and restarts after GW2 on my game. Another issue I imagine they won't resolve as it doesn't make them FUT money.
  10. WWE Hell In A Cell was very good last night. A major improvement on the year before. Possibly one of the best HIAC PPV's of all time.
  11. Looks like AEW are building to Kenny Omega vs Jon Moxley with the introduction of this new number one contender tournament. He seems the obvious candidate to be their first non-WWE champ. Not sure if they'll pull the trigger before the end of the year or at Revolution.
  12. I've had that problem at times but its no where near as frequent as it was on the last game. Id go as far as saying the last Fifa was the worst Fifa I've ever played. Which is bizarre given they should be making the most out of the potential of the current consoles.
  13. I must say I've enjoyed this version so far. The AI is clearly set for late drama but other than that its been a good game.
  14. The Haunting of Bly Manor. 9/10. Thought it got really good in the second half of the series. Thoroughly recommend as an October evening series.
  15. I think Jericho will turn face at some point. Posisbly when fans return. Maybe MJF purchases the services of LAX and Hager whilst Guevara stays loyal.
  16. Torreira looks to be better suited in a diamond formation behind two midfielders. Think its just a case of a good player that can't fit in to a new system.
  17. Really rate Joe Rodon. Has all the attributes you would want for a modern day defender at his age. If he joined any mid table side he'd establish himself as the heartbeat of the defence in less than a season.
  18. This could actually be a smart move... - Hennessey is injured and his contract expires this summer. - Previously worked well with Roy Hodgson with PL and England experience. - Better competition for Guaita. - Guaita still hasn't signed a new contract. We may have resolved an issue for next summer prior to it becoming an issue.
  19. For those confused on the Covid situation in the UK...
  20. Has anyone tried the new career mode? Are Trent, Virgil and Robbo still being sold by Liverpool in January?
  21. I've enjoyed it. They've been fairly criticised at times (last episode of 2019, Matt Hardy's concussion, Riho as Champion etc) but on the whole they've done well. In Jericho and Mox they have had the right World Champions and they've created a platform for ex-WWE talent like Brodie Lee to showcase whilst giving their own talent an opportunity to thrive (MJF, Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy). The tag team divison in particular has been very enjoyable and is a USP in comparison to competitors. Theyve done well to avoid the company being a Kenny and Young Bucks love in but I think the former is being underutilised. The biggest complaint is the women's divison but they've had an element of bad luck with injuries after starting off in the wrong direction. It will get there. With Swole, Statlander, Nyla Rose, Shida, Diamante, Ivelisse and Thunder Rosa there's enough talent to work with. Overall I'm optimistic for the future. Hopefully they'll settle on their roster for a bit as opposed to signing everyone Twitter wants them to.
  22. Well, a transfer window where all the noises were so positive has ended in Roy Hodgson saying he's going to turn our only creative long term signing in to Jeffrey Schlupp. Very underwhelming.
  23. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/no-other-industry-is-asking-firms-to-bail-out-competitors-tqxf9vl2z Steve Parish showing the empathy of a Tory here. This is about protecting the pyramid of football from falling apart. Football clubs in small towns are the lifeblood of the community. They're what local people love and live for. I love everything he's done for my club but this is unprecedented times. No club could have budgeted for this circumstance and the footballing pyramid means far more than the wealth of the Premier League 20 clubs. If a global pandemic doesn't bring us closer together then nothing will. Feet back on the floor Steve.
  24. Spending far more than his competitors? Turning goal line technology off?
