Its making waves in my groups and the sources in Peru are saying so. We'll find out tomorrow if it's humo I guess, but I would be very excited if this does concrete. Austria is a great feeder league.

Peru still without any vaccines, as always we are behind in line. Even Brazil who had their president say the vaccines will turn people into alligators are on good course. I just hope we sort it as I want to go back and see everyone again. Even if I get vaccinated here, it doesn't keep them safe from it.

Hope you've all had a good year. I've had an above average year given the circumstances, but I think in general all of us hope 2021 is more 'accessible'. Happy New Years lads.

Mont Tremblant was fun - went dogsledding and finally got to see frozen lakes again, something that is hard to spot nowadays in southern Ontario. Global warming is a thing

@El Profesor have you seen much of Botafogo this year? Alexander Lecaros has been a pleasant surprise. I didn't like him at all when he played at Real Garcilaso, a very talented dribbler with no impact on the game. However at Botafogo he's been impactful indeed off the bench. Still yet to gather numbers but he's been very flashy. Much better than the other 2 under 23 Peruvians in the Brasileirao. They look destined to go down however, and I put the blame on those signings. They signed Honda and Kalou as if this was the MLS, both who haven't been good in years. Honda wasn't good since his time in Russia and Kalou hasn't been relevant this past decade.

Kluiverth Aguilar joins in the summer I think, unless he's allowed to join as soon as he turns 18 in May. He was the only saving grace in Alianza Lima's god awful season in my opinion. Some fans didn't like him, but I thought he was the best of the bunch or the 'least worst'. I hope he develops more with City Group.

I've heard Rodrigo Vilca is performing well for the U23's. I don't think he'll get a single minute for Newcastle's first team this year, but I do hope he can go out on loan to the Eredivisie and continue his form. I was on the fence with him when he played in Peru, but Deportivo Municipal went to the dogs once he left so clearly he was very impactful. Solano was clearly impressed with him during his domestic call up back in September.

Sekou Koita is brilliant. Hopefully it's not true as then it's promise gone
