  1. Not just that he should have buried it, but the way he shot it in general made it funny. It was such a bad miss that I think if he hit it wide I could have forgiven him!
  2. That open net miss was something
  3. I just care about their future talent. They are the best feeder club in Europe along with Ajax not in the top 5 leagues.
  4. I almost forgot Salzburg played today! Thanks for reminding me @nudge
  5. Short little freestyle, but I love this
  6. I’ve made myself sound like I’m against the protests in the USA, but I’m not at all. It is definitely terrible timing though especially given the USA is the place that has had the most confirmed cases in the world. Won’t end well. In Chile the people showed discipline (for the most part) and are still frankly angry at the government but know that this is not a good time to go out and do something about it. The only reason I can think of as of why it’s happening now is so they do it before Trump’s reign ends.
  7. Are you saying it's OK to aggrevate the spread? The Chileans stopped because they didn't want to get sick. It's not because they agreed with the government's decisions during this whole covid-19 crisis.
  8. I saw this comment in a video of the Chilean protests last year. I was also told personally by a Chilean back in early March that they would start rioting again. American's need to lead by example. Their reasons to riot are totally valid, but amidst this pandemic it really is terrible timing.
  9. Anyone remember El Real? Think he was scared away by @DeadLinesman (guess nothings changed) but his short lived spell about him being a Real Madrid season ticket holder and his Spanish to English translation was fantastic One of his best posts was how Di Maria was a "swinger" which later got called out by @Fusion.
  10. I do look forward to this. Quite enjoy these feeder leagues (with all due respect) as it has a lot of future young footballers. Salzburg are one of the best in Europe in that retrospect.
  11. Not trying to turn this into a popularity contest, but @Michael also has to be up there.
  12. I am obviously worried for my friends and family in Peru, but even when the people there are suffering it finds a way to piss me off. Cases exploding could have been avoided and we could have kept it low like Argentina and Colombia have managed if the people would just fucking stay at home. Not show up in packs of thousands to Gamarra to shop for clothes. I have no faults to the government. They did everything on time and the needed measures to slow the spread. The people just have no discipline. With how densely populated Lima is, doesn't help matters.
  13. Yup. Even the Chileans figured it out. They were going to kick off again in March but because of the virus they decided to cool it. Protests there will more than likely kick off again once the pandemic is over.
  14. Happy Sunday from me and Fyre.
  15. I've actually not been to Mexico mate. I know as far as avoid Sinaloa and/or Juarez. That's where all the cartels and controversy is at.
  16. Not gonna lie, I am strongly considering buying flights to St Johns in the summer (when the Pandemic is supposedly going to die down) and somewhere foreign for the winter (after the ‘supposed’ second wave). I’m not sure about that though. Newfoundland seems a safe place to be given they only have 2 current active cases. I just hope France opens its borders soon so I can also stop by St Pierre and Miquelon!
  17. I just saw a travel film. Bad idea. Genuinely cannot wait til life is back to normal.
  18. I have a bunch of problems, all mental. We'll just leave it at autism though. That isn't much of a secret to the others on here.
  19. I'm very happy with the amount, and I absolutely hate my disability!
  20. https://rpp.pe/futbol/futbol-mundial/coronavirus-seleccion-de-brasil-everton-tras-el-fallecimiento-de-su-abuelo-por-covid-19-parece-que-el-mundo-se-me-ha-derrumbado-gremio-brasileirao-noticia-1267407 "Bolsonaro, no es una simple gripecita" He was furious.
  21. George Forsyth, the mayor of La Victoria almost cried in a conference yesterday when he saw that over 300,000 people went shopping at clothes store Gamarra. We won't overtake Brazil and the USA in numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if as a single city, Lima becomes the worlds hotspot for the virus. I am terrified for my friends and family.
  22. Very sorry to hear that. Everton spoke out after his grandfather died no? Every day Bolsonaro edges as the worst "leader" there is in this crisis.
  23. I get disability allowance from the government. That's my main source of income at the moment.
  24. Think before I go to Africa though I'm gonna do St Pierre and Miquelon. It's right by the coast of eastern Canada and it's so mysterious. I really would love to learn the history towards it and why is it French so far out and so near Canada. It's supposedly a disputed territory but I think Canada isn't too bothered. Very keen on it. It's a safer bet early on before I plan a huge trip.
