  1. Yeah there’s a lot to adapt to, but he scored a lovely goal in the Cup against Boro and it was a nice turn before the finish
  2. @Dr. Gonzo your man Ghoddos has just signed a permanent deal with us till 2023 so even though he’s not made a huge impact the club definitely see something in him

Yeah Gousto is similar in that the meals are very simple, I hate instructions especially when cooking but it was actually fairly easy. But yeah Gousto is the one for me

Lamb is best full stop, mouth watering. But it was from Gousto so no choice other than Beef unfortunately

Personally I would recommend Gousto over Hello Fresh, didn't think Hello Fresh had as good a range of dishes available or as good ingredients. Hopefully moving into a new flat soon so won't be able to afford Gousto/Hello Fresh, but we've got around 100+ recipes stored away so will be just buying the ingredients ourselves at a cheaper rate

Mrs made a beef keema last night, it's not necessarily my favourite dish in terms of flavour, though it is good. But there is no other dish that seems to have a stronger magnetic pull to my stomach, plate after plate I will not stop
  7. So correct me if I’m wrong but the government paid a private company (double) to organise these £30 food boxes and when they arrived it was less than a 5er. Hatred for helping poorer people in this country is really staggering.

She left Australia when she was 15, can only imagine the black voice started before she left. To quote the immortal words from Tropic Thunder, “YO AUSTRALIAN, BE AUSTRALIAN”
  9. Sorry mate sounded like a dig against me for a second No I appreciate what you’re saying in terms of looking after families and whatever else, but all that’s happening at the moment is just a flag waving exercise to show everyone who the “good guys” are
  10. All these social media sites, the PGA, whoever else, banning Trump is pure PR and nothing more, they’ve had 4 years to do this, 4 years and plenty of good reasons to.
  11. I’m not blaming the schools and definitely not suggesting it’s easy to teach under the current circumstances, as someone who left school with one GCSE I know the difference personalised learning can make to a student, especially when they don’t really receive it. But in this day and age I’m surprised more use hasn’t been made of the internet, Corbyn’s internet in every household was a great idea imo. I think there has been a lack of effort by the government to really deeply explore how education standards could be improved by its use
  12. This. Can’t believe we’re so badly prepared even though we have the INTERNET. A world of different apps, websites, ways of teaching virtually, and it’s come down to the BBC to try and provide the most forward thinking education.

Condolences mate, similar happened to my girlfriend’s dad. Difficult time all around, try not to feel like you need to do everything for her to make it better. Just being around for support is enough.
  14. Least you got a beach, I’ve gotta go to my personal sauna aka the bath
  15. If they manage to actually get Trump out then Trump supporters are going to be watched and hounded for years to squash this, mental
  16. Award for dumb fuck of the hour goes to:
  17. Let’s be honest this is no surprise, we’ve seen how Trump has emboldened racists in Charlottesville and around the States. Largely this attack on the Capitol is Trump and his supporters giving white America the same treatment he’s been giving black America throughout his tenure. Sad to hear that someone died from this too, there shouldn’t be a single supporter remaining amongst the Republican politicians but sadly that won’t be the case
  18. Feels like there’s a bigger hype around Mourinho taking Spurs to a League Cup final than there was the Champions League The media hype train in full flow
  19. There are actually people walking around hospitals trying to film them as being empty? The stupidity is unreal. Not only are they providing an added threat to the hospital by walking around when they shouldn’t be there, they don’t understand how wards work, and that different parts of the hospital do different things, and that if large parts of a hospital are empty it’s probably because every fucker is in the Covid Ward. A ward you can’t simply stroll through to film. Fucking idiots man. A new strain/variant/whatever that is 70% more spreadable and these dipshits are buying into conspiracy theories like they’re on sale.

Obviously only you know your body but one of the key things for managing panic attacks for me is knowing the panic attack normally starts at the chest pains and not a few symptoms after, being able to sleep through a chest pain when you’re certain it’s nothing to worry about is a good skill to help quash them imo, but again only you will know your body and that might take a while to learn. For me one thing my late 20s taught me is the difference between having a heart attack and needing a shit and a lot of the time I’ve probably not eaten well or been managing my body and it eventually builds up into chest pains.
