Went to the shed this morning and found the dead body of a local drug dealer in there... I will admit the whole episode has left me a bit shaken and concerned... There were two of the fuckers in there yesterday...
  3. And it's Wednesday today so 24 hours sounds about right then...
  4. I don't remember the old series??? that must have passed me by...
  5. It's very light hearted but touches on some decent subjects and has it's serious moments as well.. There are a few decent laughs in it without all the canned laughter going on which was a plus for me.. I personally enjoyed it and and it's just finished it's second season...
  6. Been watching DC's Swamp Thing Much better than I was expecting...
  7. Reports coming out that he has signed on for 3 years and with bonuses should he remain in the CL that could amount to 5Mill if he manages to achieve them... They are also saying an announcement is due in the next 24 hours...
  8. Ice Cream sales have turned into a skill all it's own... When a sale goes wrong...
  9. Calm down blue... you should know how it works by now, we will get all the training out the way first then kick off the season wait until we are 2 games in then announce he is taking over...
  10. For some players it's today for others it's next week I believe..
  11. I can see that... For a lot of people they wouldn't know the original Shaft with Richard Roundtree where it all started, so for them it might be their first outing. It never tries to take itself seriously and for me personally it's an enjoyable flashback, I suppose in some quarters it might seem out of place with his old school style and views but that is part of the fun clashing with his son on various subjects especially women and how to handle them and with Samuel L Jackson as the current Shaft it made it very watchable for me.. I enjoy his screen presence.. It may well not be your cup of tea but I am pretty sure you will know within the first 30 minutes..
  12. Yea, been a few reviews that were not all that keen but for me he was ok...
  13. Watched 'Shaft' last night... Very good watch with some decent moments of humour in it as you might expect.. Was good watching the interaction between the old school style Shaft and his much younger son brought up on modern ways and thinking... that had me chuckling quite a bit throughout.. enjoyed it.. Gets 9/10 because they managed to get Richard Roundtree in it as well..
  14. Latest news is that Lampard will take training with Derby on Monday due to us not tying anything up with him yet but an announcement is expected before our players are due to return...
  15. So it looks like we have taken the option to buy Kovacic for 45Mill and Lampard was consulted on the matter beforehand... https://metro.co.uk/2019/06/27/chelsea-agree-45m-transfer-fee-mateo-kovacic-real-madrid-10078121/
  16. Not only is that one of them quality gaff moments but thinking on, it probably still haunts the beautiful lady/man till this day... do you think any of his family and friends have ever let that moment drop??? I think not. that's proper piss making material for years to come if ever I saw it..
  17. I suppose the other one will be expected to do all the rest of the work then....

  19. If that pool of talent is utilised and allowed to gain experience then no it's not, we have said for a long, long time now that there is little point in having all that talent if they never get a chance to play and just get loaned out all the time then sold on... If Lampard is able to cherry pick from all the available players at his disposal it could be a very interesting season but if he is going to get told who he can and can't have by someone else but just get on with it regardless then that's a different matter... Sadly the club seems to be built around instant success which normally means buying in proven/experienced talent from elsewhere before giving our own youth product a chance to shine but this will be one of those unique seasons where that pool of players/youth will be more important than ever but lets not kid ourselves about him being in a difficult position because he will be.. Youth takes time to gain experience, players need time to gel and time and patience are just two of those valuable items that the club don't ever seem willing to exercise to any degree...
