    I appreciate it's a work in progress and we do have a lot of injuries but even so the teams we have played so far it would not have been unrealistic to have done far better than we have, It only gets tougher and if we are dropping points against lower table opposition we are in trouble.. That pre-season bounce seems to have evaporated really quickly, good possession and some good chances but again as last season no goals to show for it..

    All over, We pushed hard for the leveller in the second half but just lacking some composure when it mattered... 6 games in and only 5 points and the same amount of goals.. That's relegation form in anyone's book.. Team looked frustrated at times and having the odd moan at each other, little niggly things just were not there in pre-season..

    Strange that the ref blew the whistle after a couple of minutes when there was a minimum of 3 added minutes?? Villa with the better chances and Sanchez has been great in goal for us today.. Hope for better this half..

    Yea I know.. It was supposed to be 5 but I broke down mentally and started crying after 3 so they had to pull me out early...

    Decent result for the Toons really... a point away from home, not a bad start, probably see a lot more passion in front of the home fans who will be lifting the team..

    Shame Longstaff didn't stay on his feet there, I appreciate he got a nudge in the back but not enough to push him over, might have been better off powering on and having a shot...
