  1. Because it’s like high school, people just take it because they feel helpless and scared. Nobody that knows how to stand up to bullying/harassment suffers through it, and it isn’t always a simple solution.
  2. People are cruel for no reason at all. That’s some real evil shit. Bullying/hazing is something else.

Aw mate, I am real sorry to hear that, I know that feeling of helplessness. On recovery maybe pick up a less strenuous sport? Cricket or softball could be good and I imagine there are opportunities like that in the Perth area. I’m thinking lawn bowls actually. Me and you can tear up the Oldies circuit and tour Australia, we can feature Devil Dick as the supersub after we’ve had too many schooeys.
  4. Whether you mean to or not I always feel you are talking down to me, as if I were a child and it is very grating and condescending. I respond to people how I think they are talking to me, so you might think ‘I’m emotional’ or whatever, but maybe I’m not the problem here, maybe you have ab abrasive writing style, maybe I have an abrasive writing style too and we butt heads. I just find it odd you feel the need to explain gendered language conventions of Spanish to a Brazilian. Languages do change but you don’t have a foreign government policing it do you? Wouldn’t you find it strange if the Italian government were tweaking the languages you speak as if there is something inherently wrong with it? The implication they know better and there is an immorality in the language. I don’t care either way, I just gave my opinion on it, people can do what they want with it. It is such a pointless problem that it surprises me it goes all the way to the top of America, that is why it is cringe. Do we change Mexicano to Mexicanx? I ‘bash’ America because I live here, am I not allowed to? Is my impression somehow less than others? I also stand up for America quite a lot, but apparently that isn’t worth the time reading as you said (this is exactly what I mean, how kind of you grace me with a quote!). I am also very critical of Australia ask @Devil-Dick Willie, even more so than America, you’ll find many posts criticising Australia. But don’t let that get in the way of my Anti-Americanisms. It very difficult to move a family to another country, expensive, stressful, especially during a world wide pandemic. If I could I would but for now I am here, stranded, without family, without friends. Thanks for your ‘time’.
  5. Who is complaining? Why do you automatically assume that upset about something and get up my arse about it? Why do you feel the need to explain it to me as if I'm an idiot that doesn't understand how Spanish works? Why does America feel the need to alter a very old language to suit it's cultural conformity? Should I do it to French as well? Lx fromage? What about the rest of the language? XX pequenX gatX negrX
  6. Anything planned for the evening?
  7. It's pretty cringe but a lot of Americanised Latinos use it. I imagine people actually from Latin America find the whole thing embarrassing. For me, it's another example of importing cultural issues from America.

I'm sure she already did do that so there will be no difference.

Your mrs cast a black magic spell on you 'this is get the bastard for having a hobby'. Now you have no choice but to babysit the children.
  11. I'm talking in general though, across the whole spectrum. Not just one incident. No one outside of England gave a shit that they lost.
  12. It just depends where you look. Don't discount how many people have internet access these days, most of the world isn't first world, that's a very narrow selection. In my experience some cultures are much more open to expressing how they feel about race as it isn't stigmatised. This is a good article about it https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/worldviews/wp/2013/05/15/a-fascinating-map-of-the-worlds-most-and-least-racially-tolerant-countries/
  13. One of the reasons I don't use social media like Twitter. 95% it's people from impoverished nations being super racist for no reason at all. For some reason the third-world goat farmer usually has a lot to say on someone's skin colour. Some of the worst I saw were Egyptians on Sergio Ramos' twitter saying how they would do things like 'rape his wife' and 'kill his dog children' after he injured Salah. What is wrong with people? Do they learn English only to say the worst thing in the language!? Damn you think us westerners are bad then you spend any amount of time on facebook/twitter/whatever with a huge third world presence and it becomes a racist and sexual harassment hell hole. I once saw an Indian tell a Pakistani that 'nuke is coming' ffs
  14. A lot of cultures don't consider it a racist gesture. http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/2891/2244/320/ronaldo.6.jpghttp://image5.sixthtone.com/image/5/1/192.jpg
  15. The US is a large nation, where I am I can feel driver agitation and fear of getting hit.
  16. I weighed about there before I moved to the USA. I'd love to ride my bike more but there roads here aren't kind to cyclists, it's almost taboo
  17. Why should I care about a communist 'agitator' (don't really know what that last part means)? Though the circumstances of his death are tragic and unfair indeed, nobody deserves a fate like that. That article doesn't really do it justice.
  18. Nonsense, you're Anglo eyes can't biscern the German alphadet.
  19. I agree to these terms only if I am named club captain of Jebbedloh II and given the number ten jersey.
  20. Serious answers only and not teams that I could play for after having a three litres of beer and ten sausages.
  21. First german to quote my post decides my german team
  22. The intensity was also his hallmark at Dortmund as well, you’re right I’ve only watched the bigger games and maybe by coincidence they play a higher intensity. IIRC Dortmund had injury issues with Kehl, Bender, Subotic, Reus, Schmelzer, and Hummels. Someone like @Tommy would have better recall. Also let me clarify what I meant by ‘one injury leading to disarray’. Obviously it is an overstatement but how CBs do Liverpool have? Three, right? Take out van Dijk and you have two forcing Fabinho to cover defence in a pinch, which weakens the midfield. Another injury and it’s a risky game on the razor’s edge. That is what I meant by disarray, it isn’t ideal and puts stress on other parts of the squad. I didn’t mean the team is shit all of a sudden losing 5-0 to everyone
