There are many great pasta sauces/ragu's that aren't bolognese. My favourite vegetarian is this one: Ingredients: 1 can of diced Tomatoes or 4-5 diced fresh ones. 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 gloves of garlic, 200 grams of Feta, 2 tablespoons of sour cream 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs 100 grams of Tomato paste salt and pepper, oil to fry. Finely dice the onions and fry them in a bit of oil in a pan, crush the peeled garlic gloves and give them a quick fry too. Caramelize it with the sugar. Add the dices tomatoes, chop the carrot very finely and add it too. Now add the Sour Cream, the herbs and the tomato paste. If it's too thick, add a little bit of water. Now crumble the feta cheese and add that too. Now season it with salt and pepper and voila.

That's a good shout, especially texture-wise.

Only if you're talking about salsiccia, my friend. But seriously, the Italian cuisine is often overdone when someone tries to copy it, when in reality it always takes very little ingredients to get a fantastic authentic Italian dish. But mushrooms in a Bolognese or a Lasagne.... get real, man.

I consider myself a semi-skilled chef. And I take a great interest in the Italian cuisine, because it's my favourite. And as much as I like and respect you, all I can say to that is fuck off.

Still watching "Better Than Us." Has anyone here ever watched it? It's like a Russian Version of "Äkta människor"/"Human". Very entertaining and captivating characters.

Better Than Us (2018) A Russian Sci-Fi Series. Looks very interesting so far.

As a big fan of the prequels, I definitely did not miss that.

Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) I thought it was a fun watch. Alden Ehrenreich and Donald Glover did a great job portraying young Han and Lando respectively. It had a lot of cool throwbacks and moments, like seeing Han and Chewie next to each other in the Millennium Falcon for the first time. Enoyed it. 7/10

Sorry to hear that mate. It was the same with my dog, years back. He was fit and healthy, and then it all went downhill so fast, which made it really difficult to grasp. Jax was a beautiful boy, and I'm sure he knew how much you loved him. RIP Jax.

Absolutely incredible how organized they are. In the last few days we had swarms of Cranes passing by, who are relocating to the south of Europe for the winter. It's absolutely fascinating to watch those swarms, and to see how organized and smart they are in the way they travel.
