  1. I preferred @nudge's yesterday...
  2. I don't want to alarm anyone but the person leading this track-and-trace app is a lady called Dido Harding. Name unfamiliar? No worries, I thought so too. Then you see that she is the same lady who was in charge of TalkTalk when there was a massive data protection breach of 150k+ customers financial information*. Oh and she was apparently also on the board of the Horse Racing club at Cheltenham, so may have had some say in it going ahead earlier in March this year as COVID19 was just about to fly off the scale in the UK. So yeah, sounds like we're in good hands... *I realise she obviously wasn't personally responsible for that data breach but given she was CEO at the time, she is in the position to be accountable on behalf of the company, so quite a big blot on her records...
  3. Yeah I think I'm bored of having the same argument with people. Bored of questions, simply put, not being answered with any clarity or cohesion. This has been going on for years with politicians but with Johnson it's on another level. It's so much waffle I feel like I'm in Belgium.
  4. I did hear him say he 'is forbidden from giving out any more deadlines or targets'. I mean, what the hell? He's meant to be leading this country and he's being silenced by who?! Cummings? Surely not?!
  5. It got tiresome listening to him repeat the same old crap.
  6. Boris Johnson getting hammered in this Liaison Committee. Yvette Cooper and Pete Wishart at the forefront of the hammering. Johnson still answering in rhetoric and barely answering any questions. Yawn.
  7. Take the 00s of that and @Lucas is familiar with that kind of measurement.
  8. She's now saying her 'life has been destroyed' from it. Tough shit.

    History

I am greatly satisfied with stuff like this
  10. No wonder the dog looks like it wants to escape. In all seriousness, I've seen some people say 'why did he video it? Why didn't he just walk away?' When black men are shot down by police forces because they think the perpetrator has done the most heinous of crimes despite being clearly innocent. That's why they film it. Imagine police turning up after that phone call and start targeting their guns at him. It's a sorry state that he has to resort to that but he's filmed it to be believed that he is innocent and that this woman is deranged as fuck.
  11. Thankfully those 4 cops who killed that black man (1 of them kneeling on his neck to kill him) have been sacked.
  12. I heard 'fucked it' Totally valid points to be honest. No doubt you'd get absolute morons calling him a 'loony leftard' or some shite like that because of their blind faith to Tories/Johnson/Cummings.
  13. It is before my eyes now Might download the app. I've got the Heaven's Above app but I don't find it great.
  14. Interesting you mention that @nudge as I was looking back at some photos I took (only with phone!) a few weeks ago of those StarLink satellites passing over us... (the brightest spot towards the left, and also the one to the right of the chimney as you look at the picture). They were so bright that night and even the pictures don't do it justice. Any phone I've had previously doesn't usually capture even stars and they look so blurry. (think you may have to zoom in).
  15. UK authorises anti-viral drug remdesivir From Reuters: A drug treatment that appears to shorten recovery time for people with coronavirus is being made available on the National Health Service in the UK. Remdesivir is an anti-viral medicine that was originally developed to fight ebola. UK regulators say there is enough evidence to approve its use in selected hospital patients.
  16. Don't think this is going away any time soon mate! There's a big stronghold from the media (both sides of the spectrum) as well as prominent MPs. Not to mention the public.
  17. Never seen grass on a beach! Really nice pics.
  18. Apparently Cummings produced a blog/report last year about infectious and contagious diseases. Not mentioning Coronavirus in them. On his return to work in mid-April (after all this back and forth to Durham), he went back in to the reports/blogs and added Coronavirus in to them.
  19. Pathetic. Stringing the lies out to protect this odious man.
