  1. This shit fucking angers me so much. How dare she.
  2. Oh man, I am so sorry to hear that Thoughts with you and your family at this difficult time.
  3. Agree with this. It's the lack of openness, honesty and accountability for it all. I still didn't hear any kind of apology earlier unless I missed it?
  4. Spain to stop quarantining arrivals from 1st July https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-52800611
  5. What the hell are you on about? 'friends'?!
  6. Done. Think we typed up at similar times!
  7. That press conference was a shocker then wasn't it?! That excuse for driving to Barnard Castle is an absolute joke as well. WTF was he saying?! 'My eyesight was poor so I drove 30 mins to the castle to see if it was safe for me to drive'. And he had his kid in the back too! Dangerous in itself as well not only to other road users/vehicles, but his own wife and kid. I mean, come on now, what the fuck does he take us for? It saddens me there'll be people to lap that kind of shit up as well and take it at face value because they can't get out of his or Boris' arse. Oh and also, as if they travelled 4-5 hours up to Durham without stopping, at all. For all the fathers on here, how many times have you gone on a very long journey while with young kids and not had to stop?

    Happy birthday John!
  9. For Cummings. Happy to drive (potentially on more than one occasion) whilst having symptoms and break the 'do not leave your house for any reason' ruling but uses the 2m thing as he walks out of his house. Of course they should be social distancing but it's just a bit ironic he's calling them out for it following his own actions...
  10. It's a huge thing if they're specifically using a child's disability to pardon the actions of the parents. Like, absolutely monstrously huge. It doesn't even excuse the 2nd trip allegedly on the 19th whereby there's witness proof that his car was in Durham so I'm guessing there'll be ANPR hits from London to Durham. What I find fascinating is Boris said Cummings was 'near incapacitated' before making the first journey up. What the fuck is he doing driving up in such a condition then? How is that possibly safe for the child in any case? Bombing it up at 70mph on the motorway when near incapacitated due to the virus?! But then even when they get there, they all stayed in one room anyway?! So there goes the traveling for childcare reason...
  11. Funny now that the rules come in to place when it suits

I went to Durban which is east of Lesotho and south of Eswatini. Pretty much perfect for you. Do/can you drive? I ask as it's the best way of travelling in SA. Lovely long motorways (the one going up to Eswatini is partly along the coast) and if you wanted to stop there are plenty of places to do so. Everything so cheap there too so it wouldn't be an expensive trip (compared to literally everywhere else I've been anyway) - accommodation, food, alcohol, shopping/groceries. Also stayed in Nelspruit which is just west of the southernmost point of Kruger Park and north-west of Eswatini. If you're going all that way to SA I strongly encourage to go to Kruger Park

Can happily recommend some places in South Africa whenever you go
  14. @RandoEFC Boris says it's all fake news so time us peasants started just believing them instead of the evidence out there.
  15. This from a person that feeds in to SAGE...
  16. Starmer has asked for the Cabinet Secretary to launch an inquiry in to this whole Cummings debacle. Saying it's an insult to sacrifices made by the British people with no action being taken by Johnson
  17. This is becoming a farce. Journalists/Media being muted on calls so that Boris can stop the lying to them. This is the UK these days
  18. Boris still backing Cummings, saying he followed instinct of every parent. Says we're on course to Step 2 of the recovery roadmap. Death toll 118 up from yesterday. School re-openings expected to continue on June 1. Acknowledges some schools can't do this. June 15th - Year 10 and Year 12 to have 'some contact' in preparation for exams next year.
  19. Be safe @Toinho https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-australia-52787152
  20. Baker on Sky News earlier was quite open about discussing him and his own dislike for him. He mentioned that the only person Cummings respects in government is Gove...
