  1. First two cases in Portugal confirmed today.
  2. We can joke about it but I see nothing interesting about trial and error when it comes to human lives, just irresponsibility and incompetence.
  3. You'd agree because 14 years old are stupid. They're somehow more stuck in their own sound than Green Day, which is impressive. Weak band.
  4. So what is happening in Italy? It's clearly out of control if there's 200+ new cases each day.
  5. I for one look forward to less trafic on the roads.

    Wrestling

I don't watch wrestling frequently anymore but looked up what happened. They ruined a character as badly as they ruined the streak but it will probably work when it comes to mania rankings.

    Happy birthday @Devil-Dick Willie @Spike @Berserker.
  8. This topic is where I come to know if it is time to get in the bunker already.
  9. Tanner on Firmino: “You should have seen the data that we got on him when he was coming for the first time [to Hoffenheim]. I would say to emphasise that he was even worse than my grandma. You can't imagine." Tanner told Bleacher Report of his efforts to get the South American on board: “You should have seen the data that we got on him when he was coming for the first time [to Hoffenheim]. In Germany, we usually do these endurance tests, blood ones, which are pretty accurate, you know, and he had the worst numbers I have ever seen in professional football. I would say to emphasise that he was even worse than my grandma. You can't imagine. They were so low that you couldn't even believe that he was ever able to play professional football. While early questions were asked of Firmino’s fitness, Tanner claims there was never any doubt that he would go on to thrive in European football. “I was pretty sure that he would be a top Bundesliga player. We do these evaluations in our scouting reports, you know, and I think that out of 10, nine and 10 are international level. And I gave him, I don't know if it was an eight or nine, but I'm sure it was pretty high. Everyone [at Hoffenheim] was a bit curious about that at the time, but I rated him pretty high because I was so convinced about his abilities and even more so by his attitude. When I saw how the coach criticised him [in a training with Figueirense], he was like a schoolboy standing there and listening to his teacher. I still have that picture in my brain. I thought to myself after an hour that if that coach had done that to a German player, he would head straight to the locker room totally pissed off, but Firmino took the criticism well. He tried to improve, to do better. That was really impressive.” Nothing like a good Brazilian feijoada to be fair

Spike is low-key the funniest guy in here. "Low-key" is low-key a cringey term to use though. Low-key feeling like a gen-z'er. I'm low-key embarrassed for making this post.
  12. I saw him crying at a press conference the other day I think he's done but he was still playing games for Academica.
  13. The guy in your avatar retired from football a few days ago. How do you feel about it?
  14. Holy shit and the dog looks like its staring at something, petrified, it's like it knows something bigger is coming, or maybe it's just another dog (with or without a mask, we'll never know).

    Tennis

He's too much of a drama queen to me. Can't get behind the guy. Today as well as against Federer, he started the match off in total diva mode, like he was pissed his opponent put up a fight. That kind of expectancy like he is supposed to have yet another easy match. Barely lost a set all tournament and get's mad at the prospect of a challenge. His lack of awareness, when he has outbursts/roars after doing little to win a set, most of the times as his opponent makes a mistake, and his demeanor as if he is the only one who should have a claim on the match is embarrassing. Serena Williams at her worst vibes. Bullying the umpire and even touching him which is something I've never seen in Tennis to be honest. He just doesn't reasonate with me. Against Federer he even had the majority of the crowd since the Serbs were much louder and the Federer fans barely made any noise, and he still got all big-eyed and roaring at the crowd, as well as in the end doing his spinning finger celebration like he had to prove anyone wrong.

Thiem has dropped his game too much. Missing all kinds of shots. Shame.

Djokovic in meltdown since the second warning. Has recovered meanwhile but lost a set fighting his inner diva.
  18. Yea.. that Eminem album. I think it got slightly better hooks than his two previous albums. The variety and better features I think make this his best one of the last three but it's by such a small margin that it's still rather forgettable. It has his ups and downs and it's not bad for the whole of it (should be shorter with less "filler tracks") but in the end just more evidence that Eminem has long fallen as a musician. Does he still think rapping fast is enough to make a good track? You'd think he had something more to say since Revival but not really - I can't listen to another second of him rapping about his critics or really any of his other corny shit. I'm not even necessarily looking for meaningful or smart lyrics, but at least give me a good track with a good hook... a banger. Eminem manages to give us the worst of both worlds. I still have huge respect for Eminem and he used to be somewhat of an idol of mine growing up as he was for many of my generation, so his consecutive insufferable releases have been especially difficult to cope with.
