  1. Maybe but I've always been like that even when I was really fit. Sorry to be graphic but I'm not talking about ten massive shits a day. Part of it is more of an anxiety thing I think I notice it more. I don't necessarily need to
  2. I was surprised that @Tommy replied. Maybe he's changing He'll be sniffing womens feet before you know it
  3. I was gonna tag you I thought this would be a thread you would like
  4. @Dr. Gonzo @MUFC how have you managed to go so lomg? I shit about ten times a day
  5. Do you walk so you can get a better view of women's feet?
  6. I watched the first episode of peaky blinders the other day. I thought it seemed good but quite hard to follow. Lots of different characters and lots of stuff going on. Not the kind of thing you can watch casually you have to pay attention
  7. I don't think Rooney was responsible for getting Derby relegated. They had a 10 pint deduction didn't they? I think Derby wanted him to stay didn't they? At the same time Birmingham are 6th in the league so why change the manager? Unless something has happened we don't know about
  8. I rarely debate anyone. I might have discussions where we will discuss different opinions but wouldn't call it a debate. One thing that really irritates me is people that won't listen to any reason. Someone I know said that home or away has no affect in football. I pointed out that statistically it does. He just went "no no" He then said " what about the invisible? They didn't loose home or away" I then pointed out that no one said it always worked like that but in general you are more likely to do better at home. He just said 'no no" again. He also said that arsenal man city having two games in hand last season made no difference. Which is just ridiculous. Two games in hand means you have a potential 6 points more. He's a strange person. I like I said I don't really debate people. However I do have a strong moral code so I can get quite argumentative when people do or say things I don't agree with.
  9. Dynamite is Friday. Not to sure when they show collision and rampage. Dynamite is the main show, collision is the second show. Rampage is only and hour long. It gets a lot of stick but the match quality is generally good. It's not as polished as wwe but I personally like that about it. Depends what you like
  10. I think you'll be fine. Normally I would want Bournemouth to stay up but didn't like the way they sacked their manager
  11. Well there is therapy available. Does your insurance cover it?
  12. Yeah that is terrible. I remember hearing that wwe owns the copyright to John cena's name. So even though it is his legal name he wouldn't be able to use it if he was in another company. In other news cm punk seems to be going back to wwe. I wonder how long before he gets sacked or walks out
  13. @CaaC (John) that sounds like ptsd. Perhaps you would be better of seeing a doctor
  14. Yeah definitely get help. One good thing to come out of the pandemic is it seemed to have moved forward peoples attitude to mental health about 10, 15 years faster. Its still not where it needs to be but it is better. I would feel quite confident to tell an employer now about my issues. Give me a pm if you want any advice. I've got 20 years experience of dealing with depression and anxiety so I do know some useful stuff. Also if you live in the UK I would recommend going private for some stuff if you can. I pay £55 for a counselor for an hour but the difference is so much better. I love the NHS but it is limited.
  15. You're so funny mate. The game we aren't favourites at home and you predict us not to loose
  16. 108 miles according to Google maps. But I never drive there. London traffic is a nightmare
  17. I think t20 was invented to get more people into it. I think the game is to long for a lot of people. Also I think if there was a limit to how many overs one player could play in it would encourage more risky batting and would attract more people. I don't watch cricket but watched the world cup final and the super over was very entertaining.
  18. That sounds horrible. I've had a window that I've looked out before. I did right a goodbye note once. But I don't think I was going to. The issue i find as I said is that you have to literally be near commiting suicide to get the right care. It's not right
  19. The weird thing about depression is that you can have it and not always know. I've had days where I thought I was just tired but it was depression. I would consider seeing a doctor. You said you were pretty sure you wouldn't kill yourself. That could be interpreted in more ways than one. You could mean your almost certain. Or it could mean you don't think you would but you may. I would get help though as the quicker you do the better.
  20. Which country do you live in? Unfortunately you don't always get the best help in the UK. You've literally got to make an attempt to get the proper care. Unfortunately there is appropriate help for moderate anxiety and depression and there is appropriate help for if you are seriously ill and need hospititation. But not if you are severe but don't need hospitalisation. There is help but not enough. The conservatives have decimated mental health services in this country. You use to be able to get 12 to possibly 15 sessions with a professional. Now you can only get 6. I'm not a professional but if you are feeling depressed I would advice you to go to a doctor.
  21. You need to get help for that mate.
