I think we would need a bit if a build up. I actually think swerve Strickland is showing a lot of potential. Never really thought of him before as a world champion but I think he could be in a year or so.

That was a bad decision but he was still good enough to get to the final. Every country has good and bad refs. I remember reading about the top rated refs in the world and they mainly come from different countries. He was still way better than most.

He did improve it over the time he was there I think. It was clearly better in season 3 than 1. The problem with being vocal is if you don't do what you said you get heavily critised. I can understand him being less vocal. You do have to remember a lot of the decisions have subjective elements to them. Most fans think they get the most bad decisions against them. With means they think it's worse than it is. You're one of the few I've seen who doesn't do that

I don't really disagree with what you have said. But stupid errors happen all the time. You can miss hear what someone said you can quite easily misread things. Although it was very bad a do agree. I don't agree that it's an error that no reasonable competent person would make. I see these things happen all the time. However there does have to be repercussions I do agree. However he has been suspended I think. I know there is a point based systems and the better referees get bigger games with more money. Whether referees should be demoted more often depends on whether you have better referees to replace them with. As for the bribes. I'm not saying I think there are bribes. But I wouldn't be surprised if there was. Someone could be bribed to try to influence a game best they can. Someone I worked with from Bulgaria told me there is mass corruption iver there so its not totally un heard of. Also didn't a referee never referee another game in la liga after sending Ronaldo of?

I don't think there's a conspiracy. But there may well be bribes. The problem is the mistake on the weekend was so bad it would be such a risk. The referee could get sacked or demoted for it. If you were gonna take a bribe you would do it for something you could get away with. Also I'm not gonna get into referee standards again because I can't be bothered. But humans are remarkable good at not seeing things that are right in front of their face. A lot of people think(which is partly promoted by the media) that because of var there won't be any mistakes but the human brain doesn't work that way. And actually pretty easy to miss something right infront of you.

@Devil-Dick Willie corbyn was very left wing though. Its always hard for anyone who is very hard left or right to get in. Part of the reason mogg has not been put forward for conservative leader is because he is to right wing. It works both ways.

You still more decisions right with it. And a lot of the decisions fans don't agree with so it proves its not clear and obvious. Let's be fair mate even of they used a super computer that was 100% accurate a lot of fans would still moan.

That's a balanced view I'd say. The mistake on the weekend was one of the worst mistakes ever. It doesn't happen every week. For me personally I would change it slightly. To disalow a goal I would keep the clear and obvious bit.I don't think anyone wants to see every goal checked. However for red cards and penalties I would allow the var officials to say what they think is more likely not a clear mistake. By doing that I think you will get more correct decisions and it wouldn't slow down the game to much. In other sports it doesn't have to be a clear error they can go on what is more likely. Part of the issue with var is that fans are biased towards their own club. Virtually every single fan thinks referees are against them. Which gives an unbalanced view. At the same time I do admit it hasn't worked as well as I thought it would.

@Devil-Dick Willie A lot of labour supporters aren't to keen on starmer because he is to conservative. I'm not to keen on him myself personally. Originally when I read about his policies I thought he was OK but he has gradually got more conservative.

I don't think mjf keeps the title till next August. I think it would have been good to have osprey beat a heel cm punk. But unless they get him back that obviously won't happen. I know we've seen it before but I think osprey v omega would be an amazing main event at all in next year.

I think the wrestling is quite good. Be worth it to see osprey but I think he rarely wrestles there. Personally I think he could win the aew championship next year at all in if he signs with aew. Not sure when his contract runs out with njpw but he would only need about 6 months of build up I think. @Devil-Dick Willie have you ever been to any independent shows? A few years ago a jack Russel attacked my cocker spaniel. I was able to get him of. If that was an xl bully I'd have no chance. He would of killed him before I even reacted probably. Now if 2 or 3 jack Russell went for me I could probably defend myself. If a an xl bully did I wouldn't be able to get it of me. If 2 did they could probably kill me. I have heard of pitbulls carrying on after being shot as well.
