@Devil-Dick Willie @Dave I was looking online earlier to see about getting a dvd of dominion 6.9 to watch omega v okada. The dvds are about £60 to £70. Obviously people know they can charge a lot for that one match the greedy bastards

AEW was very good this week. It does appear as if they have a bit more of a plan at the moment instead of just chucking things together. I didn't really care that much about private party but they put a good back story behind the match which explained why they had another title shot and made me want them to win it. Also they are doing suttle things like mbp phoning Bobby Lashley. Seems like a little thing but there were a few of these moments which really elevated the show. Wrestling is like that I think. There are so many suttle little details that can add up and make a show so much better. Also I hated the ending of wrestledream but it does seem like it was worth it to really elevate moxley and his group. The ratings have gone up by 5 thousand or so 3 weeks in a row as well which is good. Aew was at its best when it did little suttle things like I said but kept the actual wrestling as the main thing. And there have been a few signs of that recently

I think there is always a risk with any manager. I think the risk with amorin is that he hasn't managed in a top top league. The Portuguese league is good but not a top 3 league. That being said he has taken sporting to two league titles and they hadn't won it since 2002 I think before he came in. I said the same thing about ten haag and people said I was talking shit so we will see. I think it could go either way

@Dave @Devil-Dick Willie have either of you ever been to an independent show where they have had a ladder match before. I'm hoping to go to one in a couple of weeks. I'm really looking forward to it because it will be close up. I'm not sure what to expect. Obviously the stuff they do in aew and wwe can be extremely dangerous if not done right and I'm not sure if wrestlers on the independent scene will be good enough to do some of those moves but it should be really good. I know dani luna is in one, Leon slater may be in another one. In my experience the atmosphere in aew and wwe is nothing compared to independent shows.

@CaaC (John) @Rab @ScoRoss I'd everyone in scotland apart from celtic fans and a few rangers fans who haven’t given up on the title want aberdeen to win the league. It would be incredible. Dont know if i was alive last time celtic or rangers didn't win it

I think some of the rocks stuff has aged pretty badly. But yeah I know what you mean. But you can be funny and be main event material but yeah it can be hard to be both.

Reacher season 1 8/10 Very entertaining show. A bit hard to follow at times and I had to Google a few bits but very good.

Well I know a few people that I've met at wrestling events that have watched wrestling for a very long time and have wrestled themselves and they think she has. I'd say they know what they are talking about. I don't think anyone is saying she is brilliant they are just saying she is better than she was. Harley Cameron isn't that experienced herself so Anna would have had to cover her a lot. A year ago that match would have been a trainwreck from start to finish. I think they should put her on ring of honor for a while to help her develop

@6666 Comedy wrestlers can get to solid mid card level. A lot of the rocks stuff was comedy. He had a bit more to him which is why he got right to the top but a lot of it was comedy

You sound a bit more positive than normal. Plymouth have done better than many expected. A lot of people thought they would be bottom now

I think he could potentially be the best manager for the job. He got results fast at Chelsea and obviously won the champions league @Cicero what do you think?
